We really enjoyed our stay at Boulder Creek. The fishing is amazing, the house is great. Bob and Shirley were a pleasure to work with.

Thank you April and John, our very first guests! We are so glad you enjoyed everything! You left the house immaculate! Thanks for all your little gifts. 😀
8 long-time friends (4 couples) enjoyed our week's stay on Conesus: great spot right on the lake with dock & shore front for kayaking, swimming, and party barging; wonderful homebase for exploring this beautiful area (wineries, wwii air museum, restaurants, state parks, flea markets...). The hostess couldn't have been nicer: communication was clear and she responded promptly to any questions or concerns.
The nicest house for a family vacation you can think of
Clean, comfy, spacious house and yard, lots of toys for kids and grown ups. The hosts are helpful and accommodating in any way. We'd love to come again!

Thank you for staying at our Boulder Creek Guest House. We are very glad it was enjoyable. It was nice meeting you all. Please come again!
3 retired friends enjoyed a quiet few days at this wonderful location.Hiked Watkins Glen ,beautiful scenery, then relaxed in this comfortable home. Whitney was great to work with.Highly recommend this property.
We had a great time, the location and setting are just perfect for a getaway! The layout of the house allows lots of togetherness but also privacy too! We will be back!
Beautiful lake views and easy access to the water. Great selection of kayaks, canoe and paddle board to use. Very well equipped property. Had some plumbing issues that were addressed promptly. Unique floor plan has pros and cons. Only drawback was the small size of the bathrooms and showers.
Gorgeous property. Separate living spaces for two family privacy. Host had the place beautifully appointed and full of every supply imaginable.Extremely clean and what helped us was first floor bedroom as a family member uses wheelchair. Exceeded my expectations as first time VRBO user.
Very nice property with a wonderfully large lake front. Very private. Layout allowed my sons friends to have half the house while we had our privacy in the other. Loved the lakefront view.
We had a wonderful stay at the lake. There were 3 couples and we each had our own private area and then the hung out as a group in the kitchen and living room, which had a breathtaking view of the lake. This house had the BEST backyard and beach area on the whole lake with many activities supplied such as canoes and a fire pit. Whitney was absolutely wonderful to work with always answered my questions in a timely manner.
This house is set up perfectly for large family vacations. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 sitting areas, each family has its own space. The deck is huge, as well. The large lakefront property was great for the kids to play games. The firepit was great, as well, with plenty of wood supplied by the owner. The kitchens are well-stocked, and having 2 refrigerators is a real plus. We loved our stay.

Thanks so much Shirley and family! We are so glad you enjoyed it so much. You were perfect tenants!
Also thank you for the dish towel gift! So thoughtful!!?
The property was perfect for our group. The second kitchen/living area worked out well. We called it the “quiet area” as we had four little ones with us. The lawn area was great for setting up badminton and other games. The owner was very responsive when contacted about anything, and made sure all was well. Would definitely return!
This property is wonderful. the house and yard are plenty spacious for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The activity shed by the water is just full of wonderful things for kids and adults alike.
With the current situation (pandemic)we were not sure if we could get a vacation this year. We did and we did it safely and it was wonderful!
Thank you to Shirley and Bob for sharing their property with us!

We are very happy that you enjoyed your vacation! Thank you for the beautifully painted rocks. What a wonderful gift and fun surprise!!!😀🌻
The property was lovely, living space was comfortable and kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, small appliances, dishes and accoutrements. Easy access to lake, ample parking and good communication with owner. Deck was spacious, with two tables, lots of chairs and a spectacular view of the lake. It was a great place for six friends to gather (and would be perfect for a large family or 3 or 4 couples), but note that only one bedroom is located on the main level. The others require ability to navigate stairs.
Great property!!! Kayaks, canoes, water toys. Fire pit, large flat yard. Gradual into water. Bring water shoes. Plenty to do. Place was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Hostess was very responsive. Kids had a great time. Plenty of games inside and out. Will rent again. Family had a great stay!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Three generations of our family enjoyed our vacation at this Conesus Lakehouse! The house has an unusual configuration with 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms with 1 bedroom on the upper level and 3 on the lower level. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets. There is a beautiful view of the lake, dock, and the spacious yard. The campfire area is large and the water at the dock was deep enough for our boat. Ample parking was a big plus.
Lastly, the owner is very gracious and promptly replied to my inquiries.
This property is all that it stated and more! I rented the entire house, so having the two kitchens was a definite plus with all the meals we were cooking. Plus early risers were on one side of the house making coffee and the others were not disturbed. The lake views, sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The amenities they provided were wonderful. The "shed" full of outdoor games were all used and very much appreciated. Be careful of the zebra muscles in the water, they cut you like a razor. However, we were alerted prior and plenty of swim shoes were also in the shed. Loved having a bonfire at night and roasting marshmallows for our s'mores. Can't say enough about this house, location and lake. This place is a true hidden treasure that you can not pass up!

Kim, thank you very much for your wonderful review! We are so grateful. Your family were perfect tenants. We are so glad you enjoyed and took advantage of all the house and property has to offer!
We have family that have lives at the south end of this lake for several decades just two miles from this lake house, so collectively we have a good idea of the types of properties that exist around most of the lake. This property is exceptional from a number of perspectives, but the large lakefront, and the isolation from neighboring houses by treelines on either side really stands out. A large parking area on the property was a huge factor when having guests and easily fits 4 or more vehicles. The house itself is very nice and has two almost separate and complete living arrangements with plenty of room for a larger group stay. We certainly enjoyed that. The house was very clean and lots of additional linens, blankets, pillows etc. were present and available. Both kitchens were fully appointed with cookware and table setting needs. Both the large living room area and the lake side decks, (both of them) offer a great view of the lake. The dock is very nice and modern and extends well out into the lake . Lots of small panfish were visible right from the dock. The water access had multiple shale shore lines from which we launched kayaks and to swim or lounge in the lake with tubes. The large, well landscaped lawn and gazebo were very popular with our family as well. The visiting geese and squirrels were a plus.
The only two negative comments are that for some reason, possibly due to several large electrical storms, the WIFI service was not working when we arrived. We were informed prior to arrival by the manager, and a repair appointment had already been made with the service provider. The WIFI did come back on after the service call. This had a significant impact on the use of the three very large entertainment screens which were set up to stream from the internet as I understand it. Thanks to the property manager for getting this sorted out. The other was a very minor one in that previous renter(s) had not put things away in the small out building by the beach and it needed to be sorted out, so we did it ourselves. The instructions to the renters in the house very clearly tells renters to do this.
Whitney was wonderful to work with prior to, and during our stay, and even afterwards as one of us left a kitchen bowl there and she graciously allowed us to go back and retrieve it while the housekeeper was preparing for the next guests.
Much thanks to Whitney for a great visit with our family there at this wonderful property. BG
