I’m very sorry the condo fell short on cleanliness, had a strong chemical smell, and that you didn’t receive a response when you asked about towels. That is unacceptable. We have shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and will: - Investigate and address the odor source and thoroughly air out and deep-clean the unit. - Launder and replace any stained or soiled linens and pillowcases, and clean or replace the rug and affected upholstery as needed. - Re-mop and degrease the floors and reinforce our cleaning checklist and pre-arrival inspections. - Review our messaging processes to ensure timely responses and confirm the listing accurately reflects what amenities are provided; we’ll also evaluate adding beach/pool towels as a convenience.
