About this property

Located in the "heart" of Anna Maria City, sits this ground level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just waiting for you! It has been completely remodeled and features bright Caribbean colors and new furnishings. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both accommodate queen beds, while the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. There are also two queen-size pullout sofas. It is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, the ice cream shop, AND is only a short walk to the gulf beach. Wireless internet service is now available.

**Please note that the golf cart pictures is not included with the rental.**

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Beautiful house and great location!!

The house is nicely decorated! Enjoyed sitting in the back yard as well as the front yard in the Adirondack deck chairs.

Great stay near the beach

We had a great stay here! It was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids and the outdoor space was excellent as pictured. Walking distance to the beach and several local restaurants. Hoping to be back soon.

Anna Maria wedding

We were in Anna Maria for a family wedding and this was the perfect location and offered the space needed for 6 family members. The only reason I didn’t give a five rating is due to a few things that need attention. The keutig is on its last leg. The dryer has a terribly loud squeaking noise. The master bath cabinet under the sink is terrible. Looks like it has been leaking for a long time and there’s no way I would use a towel sitting on that. But even with those maintenance issues, Batleys beach house is wonderful.
