The Sea Spray Cottages are an adorable group of Units located in the North End of Anna Maria, West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses to the highly acclaimed Gulf Beach.

Sea Spray 4 is a stand-alone cottage with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths located at the front right of the property with its own private pool. Comfortable beachy furnishings and a full kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances.

This unit has its own propane grill, a screened patio at the front of the home, and an outdoor dining area. This unit has its own washer and dryer located in the master bedroom. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and spacious master bedroom. The master bedroom also has it own private bath and entrance.

You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by this home.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

The property was fantastic. It was very very clean. It was close to the beach and close to the village. The only odd thing about the house is that you have to walk through two bedrooms to get to the pool. This wasn’t an issue. There are outdoor paths to the pool. It’s just little awkward.

Family Vacay

Location is steps away from the beach. House layout is a little awkward with the master bedroom accessed by walking through the kids bedroom, but it worked for us. I was surprised by the lack of a tv in the master bedroom, I thought the property description mentioned one. The master shower had almost no water pressure. Pool was great. The propane grill was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I was happy I brought my own dish soap and dishwasher detergent as the house only had hand soap.

Beautiful property

The rental was very nice and a great location. We did not like the layout. One must walk through the bedroom with twin beds to get to the master and door to the pool. We constantly disturbed our teenage Sun walking through his bedroom to get to the kitchen and living area. We did love the pool and location. Doubt if we would stay in this particular house again.

You want the Beach, you got the Beach!

We've been to AMI for 10+ years, and this was, by far, the shortest, quickest path to those breathless AMI sunsets. Kids getting hungry while playing on the beach all day? No prob, back in 3 mins with some snacks." Need a quick bathroom run? "I'll back in 10 with some cool drinks" Is the beach getting hot or crowded? "Let's chill at our private pool for a couple of hours."

Perfect Location For Beach Access

This house was perfectly located on Anna Maria Island. A one minute walk to pristine sandy beaches that are perfect for families with small kids. We even saw dolphins from the shore. It's a short walk to shops and dining. Great layout for families with multiple children. Only downside for us was that the pool was a little cold. The pool heater wasn't turned on until we checked jn and the pool was too cold to swim in, even for my kids who don't care. It took all week for the pool to warm up unfortunately. Other than that it was a great house in a really great location!

Great location

The location of this house is perfect. It’s on a dead end street so there’s not a lot of vehicle traffic. The beach entry is right at the end of the street. A few block walk from eateries and shops. The trolley picks up right at the end of the street. The rooms are all spacious and I feel like we had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The pool is great. We used it everyday, multiple times a day. The property management company was friendly. My only complaints are minor items. We were notified on check in day that the bathroom door in the master bedroom was off the hinges and they would send someone out Monday to fix. That wasn’t fixed until Wednesday. Also, just some upgrades/replacements to interior decor would go a long way. The lamp shade in the twin bed room is disgusting, doesn’t stay on the lamp and massive stains. Rips in the master bedroom shades. Overall though, fantastic stay and we hope to return in the future.
