Escape to Anna Maria Island!

Welcome to Ave Maria!

We are a 5 minute walk to Anna Maria Beach. Head on down to Bean Point, located on the northernmost tip of Anna Maria Island in Florida, is a popular beach known for its secluded atmosphere, beautiful white sand, and stunning views of Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

This desirable north island location is a gem boasting a short walk to the beach, bay, with shopping, restaurants and ice cream! all right around the corner. Relax! soak up the sun and the quiet laid back style that is Anna Maria. Many activities are readily accessible such as jet ski, beach bikes, boat rentals, parasailing and fishing.

The kitchen was completely renovated in January 2025. We have super comfy beds - king is the master, queen in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa with new mattress. Our house is located a short walk to….everything! Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and sip a cocktail while watching the most fabulous sunset shows every night. A place to call home. A place for the entire family. You may never leave!

Enjoy our screened in front porch with seating area and fans. There is also an entire screened in living and dining space under the house with TV, grill, and games. Relax and be entertained! Have a cookout!

For your sun and fun days at the beach there are beach chairs, floats, sun umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys available for your beach time. When you return there is an outdoor shower and foot rinse.

To enhance your beach adventure take a bike ride - we provide several for you. Check out Beach Bums for other rentals like kayaks, paddle boards, or group bikes and golf carts. A block away is the community recerational center for fitness and tennis (day use and week memberships are available). The playhouse is down the street.

Wonderful family home

We loved the house and used the front screened in porch and downstairs screened in room so much. They were great when grands woke up earlier than everyone else. Great location and had everything we needed! Wonderful stay!

The host was very responsive. The house is in a great location to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house was well stocked. Loved the front porch and downstairs porch with games. We spent time on both. The house is very nice and was a perfect size for our family. We enjoyed using the bikes. It was helpful to have the beach chairs and umbrella as well. We had a wonderful stay at Ave Maria!

This cozy house is located a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We barely needed to get back in the car once we arrived which made for a very relaxing vacation! We absolutely loved our stay and plan return again!

Best stay yet!

This was our third stay at this property/house. We feel very comfortable, and love the renovated kitchen this year. The walking proximity to the beach, and some of the restaurants is convenient. Just a short drive to play pickle ball or tennis. One of our favorite things to do is sitting on the porch in the morning and drinking our coffee before we plan our day.

Fabulous Winter Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Great location for walking to the beach, going shopping, and trying all the great local restaurants. The home is cozy, and clean, and the many amenities make the stay comfortable. We’re sad to leave!

Great property, nice accommodations and comfy King bed. Just a few blocks to the gulf or the bay that you can walk with a beach cart or ride a bike courtesy of the owners! Beautiful location and nice to walk or ride to multiple close restaurants and shops. We will definitely return.

Annual family vacation

Great little cottage with everything we need. Third year staying there. Perfect location, I am a beach lover, the kids prefer to fish. Something here for everyone. Moved around the island by bicycle and a rented golf cart!! Great fun!!

Classic relaxing beach house

Jeff and Susan are wonderful and responsive hosts. Their home is ideally situated two blocks from the Gulf, two blocks from the Bay. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The home is well equipped with everything to make for a comfortable home away from home. The beds are soft so if you like that you will be fine.

Everything you need!

Great property and the location to the beach and Pine Avenue can’t be beat. We vacation to AMI yearly to visit my parents and will definitely stay here again. We used the beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and toys daily. The bikes were also a great variety of sizes so that my husband and two teenagers went for daily rides. Just bring your bathing suit, this place has everything else ready for you!

We were first timers on Anna Maria Island, and it did not disappoint. Jeff’s Place was in the perfect location, situated between the gulf coast and the intercoastal. Just a short walk/golf cart ride to the sunrise or sunset. Many restaurants on Pine (the street next to his). Lovely, clean home, with all the amenities we needed and more.

Heaven in Anna Maria

Had a great vacation! House is in a great location for a short walk to the bay and the gulf. Short walk to a variety of restaurants. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Jeff is/was an excellent host. Very responsive to my e-mails and questions about the property prior to our stay. Check in and check out was very easy. Plenty of chairs and items for the beach. Wagon was a huge plus!

Perfect house in the perfect location!

We had a great time staying in Ave Maria! The home is in the perfect location to bike to many popular restaurants. We even cancelled the golf cart because we were able to bike everywhere. Also, the bikes and beach gear are already there! The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable and amazing. The home itself is very comfortable and inviting. The screened porch was probably our favorite place! We have nothing but great things to say about this property and can’t wait to stay there again!!!

Great rental for sure!

This was our 2nd time staying here. We absolutely just love AMI! It's a nice short walk to the beach, city pier and to local shops and eateries. Love the front porch to chill out. Very clean and the couch is very comfy to watch Netflix or Hulu. Enjoyed having the bikes to ride around the island and the wagon was very useful to haul our stuff to the beach. Had just one minor issue with insects in one bedroom, but owner took care of it promptly. We will be coming back again next year. The weather was absolutely perfect and so was the house!

Perfect location for relaxation, beach and fun!

House was very spacious for a family of four with teenage boys. We loved the screened in porch in the front and the downstairs screened in room for games and movie night. This place is located half way between the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. Both a short enough distance to walk or bike. Located near shopping and restaurants too but on a quiet street. Home had everything you need. Kitchen was well equip with staple items like oils, seasonings, sugar, etc. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. Even had a couple fishing poles. Overall a really nice place with a great location. Was perfect for our family's stay!

First AMI vacation

And hope to return for another and stay in this great beach style home close to beach, bay, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I’m so glad we chose this home on the north end of island for its quietness and feel of a neighborhood. We enjoyed morning walks. You have your choice, head a few blocks to the bay or the beach. The free trolley stop is nearby also to explore the island. Loved going this time of year also. Crowds were minimal and weather great. House was spotless upon arrival. If so inclined to cook, kitchen is well stocked. Loved the openness of house. Our party of three adults had plenty of room. Also bikes and lots of beach equipment available.

Cozy and quaint beach house

The house felt very homey, it was quaint and cozy, almost felt like a relative lived there and let me borrow it for a few days. Jeff communicated info about check-in and more a couple of days ahead of our arrival, and again the day of. Self check-in was a breeze since the door lock was digital and the code had already been provided. The house was comfortable, thoroughly clean, well equipped (full kitchen, linen closet with extra towels, bedsheets and blankets), with different spaces to gather (inside and out), comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, everything well stocked, even welcomed us with a tray of snacks and water bottles. My young child was always entertained with toys and games found in the living room tv unit. The house is on the older side but evidently kept well cleaned and maintained. Although we didn’t use any of it because we had brought what we needed, there was a storage unit full of beach chairs, toys, a cart, bikes, and probably more that was made available to use. Having the downstairs, outdoor shower was great to rinse off the sand when arriving from the beach. Location was also great, 2 blocks away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. I already recommended this place to a relative looking to go to AMI soon!
