The unit was very clean, we had everything we needed there. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the town of Helen, so perfect distance. It is on the river, although it’s past where the tubers get out of the water, so you don’t see any of them. Anyway, very peaceful and very nice.

This was a very cute, clean and convenient place to stay for the Octoberfest celebration. It is within walking distance to everything. My only complaint (and I hate to call it a complaint because it really isn't) is that there were too few kitchen towels, dishwasher pods and trash bags. Oh..and I put this last tidbit on EVERY vrbo that I rent that does not have one, PLEASE put a full-length mirror somewhere in the unit.

Great location and very comfortable condo. Loved having the river right in the back yard. Walking distance to lots of places. Perfect spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks display!

Place is so immaculate and the views are breathtaking. The location could not be any more accurate. You are 3-10 minutes walking from everything. Beds are so comfy and the gathering area is just perfect. Both decks offer amazing views. Beautiful town and we will come back many more times to stay here.

This little getaway was Perfect for my family. The home was neatly decorated with Christmas decor and it had plenty of space to accommodate my whole family. The Mountain View from the room balcony was breathtaking!! It was very magical especially on Christmas Day!

Condo was beautiful and the proximity to town was wonderful. Very walkable, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. View of the river from the balconies was beautiful. Rooms were great and condo was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!
