Charming gîte with swimming pool & large garden, Tarn-et-Garonne

Maux, a charming estate in the heart of Quercy Blanc.
Nestled near Lauzerte, this old 19th century farmhouse completely renovated, extends over a wooded estate of nearly two hectares, with swimming pool. The house can accommodate up to thirteen people in its 4 bedrooms.

Large wooded areas.
Welcomed by a hundred-year-old oak tree, the estate has a rich heritage of trees typical of the region and vast meadows. You will find many refuges to admire the countryside and its bucolic landscape. The garden, designed with several terraced floors, offers a pleasant feeling of privacy and invites you to take a walk.

To each his own.
You can enjoy 4 sun terraces - one of which is covered, practical to protect you from the vagaries of the weather - with large tables, chairs, parasols, as well as more intimate spaces around benches scattered throughout the garden. One of the terraces is specially designed to accommodate all guests.

Sunbathing and swimming.
A little away from the house, the 36 m² swimming pool - purified with salt and secured by a fence, awaits you, with sun loungers and parasols, for a well-deserved relaxation.

Plenty to enjoy.
In addition to the large meadows suitable for ball games, you have a badminton net and rackets, petanque balls, a basketball hoop and a ball. There is a tennis court in the nearby village. For nature lovers, hiking trails and fishing spots are easily accessible.

Gîte with an internet connection. You will normally receive the mobile network very well on the land and in the house.

Pets are welcome at the gîte at a cost of 40 euros per animal. Please note that the estate is not fenced.

Fans are available in the accommodation, especially to cool the floor. The rest of the house keeps it very cool. The cottage is not equipped with heating or air conditioning.

A cleaning before and after your stay is included in the cost of the stay.

DETAILS OF THE BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
- first bedroom - ground floor - 18m²: 1 king size bed+.
- second bedroom - ground floor - 18m²: 1 king size bed and 1 single bed.
- third bedroom - ground floor - 18m²: 1 king size bed. A wooden baby cot in this room and another foldable one on request.
- fourth bedroom - upstairs - 30m²: 4 single beds and 1 queen size bed; with its bathroom including a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet, a hairdryer.
- Shared bathroom, ground floor: a large walk-in shower, two sinks, a toilet, a washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.

Baby equipment: A fixed baby cot is available in the house and a foldable baby bed is available on request. You will also find other baby equipment in the house, do not hesitate to ask me for more details.

Bed linen is provided. Towels are provided, one large towel per person as well as small towels and washcloths available. Pool towels are not provided.
