This cute one bedroom condo has been recently remodeled and sits on the Schuss Golf course. Very close to Schuss Mountain for winter down hill skiing (within 4/10 of a mile walking distance to the ski hill). The condo is 430 square feet and has 1 bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa as well as a king size murphy bed in the common space where the dining area is. The bathroom has a nice size tiled walk in shower. There is Roku TV & wifi in this small comfy getaway close to all Northern Michigan activities. Visit the shops in Bellaire and Alden. Golf one of the many world class courses. Taste the many craft beers at Shorts Brewery or wine tasting at the multitude of wineries in the area. If you are into biking, bring your bike and enjoy the trails at near by Glacial Hills Natural Area. Want some day trip ideas? Mackinaw City/Mackinac Island is about an hour and a half away. Sleeping Bear Dunes is about the same distance away. Sleeps 4 Max. No smoking No pets. The perfect up north getaway! If you are interested in boating Torch Lake or the entire chain of lakes, bring your boat. There is a boat/trailer parking lot just a couple blocks away. Or there are the local marinas where you can rent a boat for the day. This is the lower right unit.

Schuss Mountain apartment

Due to my own fault I thought it was a one bedroom apartment. The listing does explain that the one bedroom is the living room with the pull out couch. I feel it should have said studio apartment not one bedroom apartment. There was very limited amenities like for example only coffee for one day, no shampoo, only 2 wine glasses, grill was not clean, rubbish bin was very dirty. Rest of the place was very clean. The kitchen and Murphy bed space was very small and table needed to be constantly moved. The table was on wheels so very easy to move so that was good. It was a good place for the cost (even though I paid top price due to over Christmas break) - I just didn’t expect it to be so small. It worked for 2 people.

Weekend getaway

We stayed just 2 nights. We were gone most of the day. It was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The king Murphy bed needs to be lubed up as it creaks loudly whenever we rolled over.

Our Spring Michigan Trip

We've stayed at several condos in Bellaire and the Mountain View Condo is one of the best condo options in the area. After a long drive from Texas, this ground level condo provided us with easy access, steps away from parking and clean/comfortable accommodations, which made for a relaxing first night an overall stay. The main bed is huge and comfortable, and the set-up is great for the size. The area is really nice and golf course view is a bonus. Stephanie from Paradise Properties is the best! She's a phone call away, trustworthy and truly helped us out when we needed local assistance. Our family highly recommends the Mountain View Condo when staying in the Bellaire area.

Adorable updated condo

Great updated kitchen area and bathroom. The Murphy bed and couch were perfect for our family. The unit was clean and the communication with the property management was easy.
