What a Treat!

This unit is in a beautiful location with amazing views! The unit was well maintained and the property management was terrific. A few things came up during our stay and our calls were answered immediately and handled extremely quickly - what more can you ask for!

Wonderful Beach Location

Captiva Shores is a wonderful location for fun in the sun. Beach access is quick and easy. The pool is steps from the back of the condo. Have stayed in Sanibel frequently but have definitely added this unit to our local accommodation options.

Fabulous rental ion Captiva

6 adults and an infant were plenty comfortable in this rental. Unit had everything we needed during our stay. The unit is very beach accessible -it’s right across the street. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for next year before we left!

Everything as Expected

The property was as advertised. We found it clean, nicely stocked and convenient. It is just a quick walk across a non-busy street to the beach and half a mile to downtown Captiva. The dock at the back of the resort was convenient as it allowed us to be picked up there by a charter boat. Property is well stocked with it's own propane grill for cooking. Plenty of beach accessories in storage closet. Check in was painless. Only minor complaint was small bathroom for master suite but then who spend time in the bathroom while on vacation? Overall, highly recommended and would return again.

Worlds away

We are from Fort Myers but love vacationing on Captiva because You always feel worlds away even though you’re not. This house was the perfect beach house. Well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Even though we brought our own there were Plenty of beach chairs supplied with the unit along with sun umbrellas and even body boards . Loved the downstairs shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. My favorite part was waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the front porch looking out over the beach . Can’t get more relaxed then that! I highly recommend staying here for your next get away!

Well appointed home w/amazing ocean views.

This was our 4th time staying at 7A. It's a well appointed home, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and furniture and just has a nice, beach feel to it. You can't beat the outside porch w/the amazing view of the ocean which is just steps away. Would like to request that the owner consider installing grab bars in the upstairs master bath for safety. Also, I think it's about time to replace the downstairs BBQ. The grill is getting old and rusty and that prevented us from using it. Minor issues that I'm hoping the owner will accommodate.

Great Beach Front Home in Captiva

This is our family's 3rd time leasing this property. We having been coming to Captiva for seven years now and have stayed at many of the properties in Captiva Shores. This home is one of our favorites. It's nicely decorated, well appointed kitchen and overlooks the ocean and has an amazing view. We enjoy the screened porch and being able to sit outside. If you are looking for a clean, great property that is beachfront and is walking distance to all the restaurants, I'd fully recommend this property.

My family and I came August 2015 and let me tell you this place was just perfect! The weather the views of the sunrise/sunsets all the shells amazing. The house was sparkly clean like I like it! We had a great time. So many great memories in this unit. Can't wait to go back. Love and miss the island!

A Wonderful Time

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at 7A Captiva Shores. For the past 5 years we have stayed in a house directly on the beach. I had my concerns about being across the street but as it turned out it was even better than being on the beach. On very windy days we enjoyed the pool and the sun. The property was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The owner thought of everything a visitor might need and made it available. The staff of Kingfisher made our stay even better. They were responsive and very helpful. We highly recommend this property and Kingfisher Vacations.

Great Vacation Rental, Captiva Island

This is my second visit to Captiva and on this trip we decided to rent a condo that could better accommodate a family of six. We we ever NOT disappointed. This condo has one of the best locations/view of the ocean and you can literally cross the street and be at the beach in under three minutes. The interior didn't disappoint. The condo is nicely renovated and has all the modern conveniences. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils and the owner has taken time to decorate the entire condo in a very nice beach theme. The location is a short walk to Captiva Village, The Green Flash and Crows Nest restaurant. All of us were pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only only minor negative comments about the property involved the downstairs full bath. The owner needs to replace/fix the bathroom faucets (they are old are rusty) and the shower curtain in the bath tub needs replacing. Trust me, these are minor complaints but given how well maintained the rest of the condo is, the owner probably wants to know what could be improved. Hopefully, our family will once again have the opportunity to return to Captiva in the near future.

Grab it

Excellent, well appointed (although I could do with more Florida cheerful couch rather than the black leather), very well maintained three bedroom condo with all the amenities (wifi is a slow, but, if you are complaining about the wifi on vacation, you need to get a life ... or get rid of a life). Great view of the beach, visually well protected from the road, quiet because the traffic is going very slowing at that point. Just a great spot. Don't hesitate on this one.
