Lovely ostale house in a residential area in Port Grimaud South.
It is composed on two levels as follows:
- on the ground floor: a spacious living-room with an open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher) and guest toilets.
- on the top floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160cm and 140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower-room with toilets.
A cabin with a washing-machine and a dryer.
LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED
WIFI
A terrace on the canal side and a patio on the street side to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.
A 12m mooring in front of the house to to sailing whenever you want.

The house is located in a résidential area in Port Grimaud South.
Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles (during their working period) to get around Port Grimaud and go to the beach or the market place in Port Grimaud 1.
The private beach is about 500m away and the restaurants are about 3-minute away by walk.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...
