About this property

Prospect Gardens

Garden level apartment with private walk-out entrance on two acre hobby farm located 25min from downtown Milwaukee.

Fresh interior finishes, plenty of natural light.

We live right upstairs so if you need anything, just message and we should be able to accommodate. The entry to the apartment is controlled by a 'smart deadbolt lock', and will be opened at check-in time.

Our local jurisdiction's Short Term Rental License requires all names of occupants be given before check-in. We will also require a copy of drivers license or valid ID prior to check-in. Thank you for understanding.

Great, Comfortable Place to Stay

We were attending a two-night concert at Alpine Valley. This location wasn't that far of a drive and offered a nice place to sleep at night.

Super clean and very comfortable

The hosts had concrete poured the day I was to arrive and met me in the very early morning hours as I flew in, to guide me onto the property and into the rental! The place was very comfortable, super clean and nicely stocked! I would recommend this property to anyone. It was the perfect place for a visit with my mom. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay

The rental is exactly as the pictures. I agree with another post that a handrail by the stairs is needed. No central air. Your in a beautiful basement apartment with a young family above (the owners) that have young kids that ran around constantly which is very liud and distracting.

You Will Love It!!

Everything you want for an economical choice you and your family will be thankful for. All the amenities make it a relaxing, no-stress choice and all you need to add are ingredients for a home-cooked meal to feel at home. Convenient location to all the area has to offer, including the Boehner Botanical Gardens where our family wedding was located. Also clean and well cared for piece of property. Cheddar Jack, the resident outside cat, was another unexpected treat along with the Fresh Eggs in the fridge.

Quiet, clean, relaxing

The apartment is in the basement of what appears to be the homeowners residence. It had its own marked parking space and separate entrance. There was a patio space and chairs for outdoor seating, which we enjoyed. It was very quiet, no noises from upstairs. One bedroom had an air mattress which seemed to have a slow leak, which I reported to the property owner. I wasn’t able to figure out how to watch television, no matter what buttons I pushed on the remote, but the WiFi connection was good. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, flatware, pots & pans. We didn’t have cause to use them, but for other guests they are available. The thermostat did not seem to control the air conditioning, so we used the window unit available in one bedroom and left the bedroom doors open, which worked for me, my daughter and infant grandson. Overall, I was very satisfied with the property and would stay there again.

Quiet and Spacious

My friend and I booked this lovely location as our base for geocaching around Southern Wisconsin. Everything was as described by the host very quiet easy access great communication beautiful property well maintained and equipped.
