Weird house. Pictures show different impressions. But as Weird as it was we enjoyed it. Definitely great experience for us. A lot of old things like shower, tubs, cupboards, handles on doors and cupboards. But beds were comfortable for all of us. Very easy to communicate with host.

Had a wonderful time! Huge, spacious house with plenty of sleeping spots. Tons of things to do (paddle board, pool, fishing, lawn games, campfires, etc.). Great retreat for a family reunion!

If you are looking for something different, this is the place. What a fantastic time my family and friends had here. We only stayed up for a day but could have stayed for a week. We will definitely be back again.

We spent 2 nights here for a bachelor party, the house was more than perfect size. They had the indoor heated pool, a downstairs game room and a 2nd kind of living room upstairs. The house had everything you were looking for to have a good time, only recommendation would be a deep clean but understand it would be hard to keep up with this with how the place is laid out, overall a great experience. Thank you!

The jungle oasis

This house is definitely a unique treasure. We took our Girl Scout troop here to celebrate. The property definitely has something for everyone. We caught and released some big fish down by the pond, and the girls liked catching frogs. The beautiful landscape made a perfect atmosphere for an outdoor fire. The girls loved the bunk bed, game room, tv room, and of course the pool! The girls kept calling it the jungle oasis with all the beautiful plants.

While the house is very unique and a sight to see, the lack of attention to detail with cleanliness and upkeep is what really impacted the rating of our overall stay. The host was extremely accommodating with our check-in, but the property itself needs some attention. It was very evident that the place had not been touched or looked after in some time upon our arrival. The grass in the yard was long, and there were sliders and bugs everywhere in the house and including all over the beds. There is also a wasp nest that we did inform the host about. When we informed the host of our concerns specifically with the bugs he said it was, I quote, “impossible”. Pretty disappointed that we did not receive any apology or offer to have someone come out to clean immediately. With a bit more love and attention this could be a 5/5. Some tips for anyone looking to stay here: the bedrooms are almost all (with the exception of two) open-air and other people need to be walked through to access other rooms. Not ideal if you’re looking for any privacy. Because the bedrooms are open air it is also very hot, humid, and bright. Pack a fan and an eye mask.

Due Tonthe location of the house between a forest sureound bY a lake and pond its almo impo notbto enccunter insects. We have Continous mosquito and pest control and thw cleaning crew and management tries hard ti shiels the guests from Thome encounters. We are very did with the review that affects Negatively. This is a wonderfully unique property. It had a lot of space for different activities. We loved the game room as well as the TV room with toys for kids. The pool was magical. A beautiful and relaxing setting. I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen for large groups. We never ran out of plates or coffee cups! The host was great and had quick response to messages. Highly recommend for family fun!
