PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beautiful and well-appointed Emerald View One-bedroom condo is an efficient of our smaller units.

It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a built-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar seats, and an in-room washer/dryer facility. The living room provides access to the balcony with a panoramic ocean view; worthy of being named after the precious stone, Emerald!

This condo is physically just 100 yards from the world-renowned white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba. This unit provides you with 800 sq. ft. of living space. Two Cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and a stereo set are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm (=ocean facing) building on the third floor. Sleeps max 4 persons.

BBQ-GRILL RENTAL
While this condo does not have a private BBQ grill, you can easily rent one through Prestige, just ask us for details!

The location is great. 4 stars is for the location and amenities in the complex. The condo needs upgrades. Mattress is poor at best, couch is not comfortable at all and the beach chairs need replacing. Beach chairs had broken straps and uncomfortable. We stayed 3 weeks, so these things mattered more than if you were staying a week.

We loved the condo. The property is on a nice stretch of Eagle Beach, the nicest beach we saw in Aruba.

Beautiful Property

Property is beautiful located in a very convenient spot. Very close to a variety of bars, restaurants, and the Super Foods. Not necessary to rent a car from this location. Only downside of our stay was the constant noise from lawnmowers, weed trimmers and leaf blowers.

Perfect vacation!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. They provided some beach chairs and beach towels, too. Very nice community and getting around was easy with taxi. We didn't take the bus because for 3 people, it would be practically the same price as the taxi fare. Some restaurants, etc were within walking distance, too. The staff at Prestige was very helpful from start to finish. Beach access was super-easy, and there's a nice distant view of the ocean from the condo balcony.

Place has never been updated. My husband sat in a chair and fell through. Our friend was to sleep on pull out couch that only had springs. The help got a mattress from under the bed in the other room so we had no couch for the 13 days we stayed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Awful too many pro

We have done everything to make your stay comfortable, even place a pillow top on the sofa matrass for the third adult and that could be easy removed during the day for everybody to use the couch. We are sorry about the chair, and we have taken care of it immediately for you. Great property and location / mediocre condo

Oceania property and location are superb. Quiet, clean and well appointed, just a short walk from glorious Eagle Beach. The condo unit while billed as allergy free was tired looking with a non working dishwasher, a sofa sleeper that was terribly uncomfortable and really not suitable for anyone. My single daughter came to visit and wound up sleeping on the sofa itself after one awful night on the sofa bed. Not really a four person unit. A ceiling panel in the bathroom fell down twice, luckily with no injuries. The temperature in the unit was difficult to regulate, I think because of the air cleaning units in the living room and bedroom. Either too warm and humid or too cold. The stove and refrigerator were fine, but the scratched, very worn nonstick pans need to be replaced. The dishes and glassware, while mismatched and chipped, were ample as well as the flatware and kitchen tools. Coffee maker was working well too. Some of the pillows were lumpy and unfit for sleeping. The washer dryer were very convenient, but there was not enough closet space to store suitcases. The drain in the bathroom was slow, but was fixed. The shower area, while very ample, kept leaking water under the glass walls. A handheld shower would be an improvement. The counter and stool set up for eating were awkward and uncomfortable. This unit was very expensive for having all these issues. The mangement team from the realtors were very responsive and sent people promptly to look into the problems which could not always be fixed. Looks like a corporate rental rather than a by owner property. Would not stay in this unit again, but would stay at the property for sure.

Checkout process

The checkout process needs to be improved. We have used the property manager twice. First occasion they failed to show up for checkout and we had to call and leave without checkout. The second occasion this stay they did not show up. They had sent a checkout link but failed to tell us they would do so. We had to leave and complete checkout at the airport.

Nice condo

The property is very nice everything is well kept (pools, grounds, gym). The location is unbeatable, in regards to the condo it was also very nice but could use a few minor updates. The information given for the WiFi was wrong, some of the beach chairs would not stay locked in place and would fall straight back, the shower didn’t seal very well and water would leak out. Also a list of what is supplied and what is not should be emailed to guests.

This was our 3rd visit to this facility and out 3rd different condo over last 6 years. Condo showing some age. Owners of each condo need to spend a little $’s to upgrade and address maintenance issues. Still much better than a hotel room or stayed at Palm Beach. This facility is on Eagle Beach much more quiet than other beaches.

The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Pools were very nice and clean as well- many to choose from. Condo is across the street from Eagle Beach- beach is fair not many huts there and far from water. Also, we were here at the same time as the aruba beach tennis tournament so most of the beach was unavailable due to court set up. Condo was clean and well stocked- beach chairs and coolers provided.

Wonderful condo in a wonderful location

This condo was wonderful! Check-in was fast and efficient, as was check-out. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and laid out, and had all the basic kitchen items needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The view was wonderful, waking up to see Eagle Beach every morning was inspirational, and we never had any problems planning our days. The building was quiet, well kept, and there were always ground's staff cleaning the pools, lawns, and garden spaces.

Perfect location and condo

Loved this place. Perfect location on quiet Eagle Beach. The condo itself was very nicely decorated. Great balcony (we watched the sun set every night), nicely stocked kitchen, big bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Also included beach chairs, towels, cooler boxes, etc. Safe, gated parking. Beautiful grounds. Easy to get a palapa on the beach - this beach is not crowded at all. Pool is nice, as is the gym. Several restaurants are in walking distance (we ate at Passions, Ramblas and Screaming Eagle). Grocery store is a very short drive away. Close to the bird sanctuary, butterfly farm. It's nice and quiet here, but just a short drive from the busy Palm Beach high rises, mall, restaurant, etc., if that is what you like. We rented through Prestige Realty - they are quick to respond, are very helpful, and check-in/check-out with them was very easy. I highly recommend this condo and Prestige.

Perfection

Met all expectations. Eagle Beach was perfect. Quiet, secure and wonderful views from the balcony. If you like beautiful, non-commercial beaches, where you don't have to wait in line for beach chairs, this is the place to stay. 2 minute walk from the condo to the beach. Alan & Rachel were wonderful, and my wife and I would most certainly rent from them again, at the Oceania.
