Very beautiful villa with private mooring of 14 metres for your boat, heated swimming pool, ideally located on the Norfeu canal, close to the sea exit and the city centre of Empuriabrava.

This villa of 170 m2, with floor, fibre wifi, only 5 minutes by bike from the beach of La Rubina, is composed of:

On the ground floor, after the entrance hall, a large bedroom, bed of 160 cm, opening onto a beautiful living room-terrace; a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

A very nice space with kitchen, fully equipped, open to the living-dining room which gives access, through a large bay window, to a bioclimatic pergola of 50 m2 ideal for sunbathing or protecting from the sun.

You will find a Weber BBQ, a large outdoor lounge offering a perfect living space for relaxing and entertaining near the 3.5 by 7 metre pool.

The pool is heated from April to the end of October, the driver is triggered if the pool is less than 28 degrees.
We gain about 10° compared to the average outside temperature of the day, so it depends on the weather...

In the living room, a TV with French and German channels.

Upstairs, three beautiful bedrooms, two with a 140 cm bed, one with a 180 cm set (two 90cm beds joined or separable), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

All rooms are air-conditioned to offer you a perfect stay!

You will have access to the garage where the washing machine and a second refrigerator are located. It is an ideal storage space for diving equipment, navigation or bicycles, a few bicycles with locks are also at your disposal.

You can park three cars inside the villa which is fully fenced, equipped with an electric gate and a pedestrian entrance gate.

Only one animal of less than 10 kg is accepted as long as the owners will be careful to ensure that our 4-legged friend does not damage nothing and that the needs are made outside the villa.

The welcome is personalised, possibility to find people for babysitting, meals, cleaning and ironing during your rental.

The marina of Empuriabrava is an ideal destination for family holidays, beach, swimming pool, mini golf, buoy, bowling, water park, visit of the canals in small electric boats.

In high season, concerts on the beach in the evening and recreational afternoons for children and teenagers, Zumba and yoga classes every day in the morning.

Numerous discos and long bars with entertainment for the elderly. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy skydiving on the magnificent Bay of Roses, scuba diving, surfing, fishing, sailing, horseback riding or cycling, jogging along the canals, first flight in the wind tunnel or the Wave Club...
