Waterfront home with dock & screened pool!
Cozy 2/2 waterfront house with covered patio & screened in pool. Covered boat slip on saltwater canal, kayak dock, large dock with fish cleaning station for fishing & catching your own delicious blue crabs (crab traps provided), or for cleaning your scallop haul! Comfortable home with AC/Heat, with mounted fans on patio. Bikes, kayaks, & canoe available for use. Charcoal grill, electric smoker, fire pit, Keurig, and washer/dryer on site. Perfect locale for scalloping, dolphin & manatee watching with numerous nature trails to beautiful crystal clear fresh water ponds within walking distance from house. Close to grocery stores /many wonderful CR restaurants & short drive to Ft Island beach & public boat launches for access to Gulf or King’s Bay, so bring your boat (trailer parking onsite available)! Only four miles to Homossassa Wildlife Park & two miles to Three Sister’s Springs Park! Up to two pets allowed with deposit (must be under 20 lbs, unless exception is made by owner/manager for special conditions).

We have owned this property since 2010, and have enjoyed many years of scalloping, holidays, fishing outings and family gatherings here. It is our little home away from home. We love the community/neighborhood and come over two to three times per month at least. Definitely enjoy the benefits of the laid back atmosphere in Crystal River, great food and wonderful neighbors!

Although the house is not huge, it has everything needed to have fun, fish, kayak, crab, scallop, manatee/dolphin watch and RELAX!
