Small semi-detached house in the heart of the Pyrenees

Just 2 minutes by car from the Vignec gondola, small semi-detached house in the heart of the Pyrenees in a residence with garden and 360° mountain views. Private outdoor parking, three bedrooms, small kitchenette and living room with two three-seater sofas. The house has a small ski storage room for your equipment. There's a bus (shuttle) to the ski lift 50 meters from the property (timetables available).
The property has a small private garden and the residence has a larger garden outside. The house has NO TV, but Wifi is available.

Ground floor:
Kitchen: two-zone vitro, microwave, hand blender, electric juicer, kettle
Set of dishes (12 x 3), bowls, cutlery.
Living room: table for six (there is a plastic tablecloth, which we recommend you leave covered)

Wifi
Heating is provided by two elements: one is wall-mounted, the other is a closed-circuit oil radiator with wheels.
There is NO TV.

Terrace-Garden: parasol, table and chairs.. Our small garden gives way to a larger garden for children or dogs to play in. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed in the house at the price 15€ day. Cats are not allowed. A deposit will be required in the event of damage caused by dogs ).
Entrance hall to the house: there is a room for skis and ski boots with two chairs for removing ski boots (ski boots are not allowed on the living room and the rest of the house).
This room also has a double-door fridge (freezer and cooler) and a hot-water tank (no handling allowed).

A toilet on the first floor (there's another on the second floor in the bathroom with shower).
There's a private cabinet at the entrance on the first floor with a corner for travelers.
First floowr: two bathrooms (one with shower + WC + washbasin), the other with bath and washbasin.
Two bedrooms, one with two bedside tables, a 180 cm bed (comforter provided), the other with a 150 cm bed (comforter provided). The house has NO sheets or towels. The linen on the beds is to protect the mattresses, not to be used as sheets.
The rooms are heated by a wall-mounted electric radiator and a closed-circuit oil radiator with wheels.
Each room has a small piece of furniture and a chest of drawers).
Second floor: an open-plan bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a bedside table.
Deposit guarantee: we ask for a deposit of €500 to be paid to Abritel and returned after the house has been checked.
The property is a non-smoking area (except for the garden).
