The gîte is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron. Hiking, cycling, visiting castles, or exploring the various golf courses – you'll be at the heart of numerous activities.
The gîte was created and renovated in 2021, blending tradition and modernity. It is independent but situated on a property. A shared wall with the Studio (for 2 people) overlooks the entrance hall and bathroom. Private outdoor spaces are reserved for the Longère (traditional farmhouse). This single-story gîte has a surface area of 108 m². It can accommodate 4 people and has 2 bedrooms; the property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A 67 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen. Dual east and west exposure, bay window and French doors opening onto the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pyrolytic oven, 4 induction hobs, microwave, extractor hood, etc.).
The living/dining room includes a table for 6, 2 large cabinets, a bookcase, a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a wood-burning stove in a large fireplace, and a René Pierre "Elle" foosball table.

A 12.74 m² bedroom to the west with a 160x200 cm bed and roller shutters, overlooking the garden.

A 13.69 m² bedroom to the north with two 90x190 cm beds, roller shutters, a washroom with a sink, a separate toilet, and views of the forest and path. Bathroom (5.61 m²) with walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack.
