Cozy casita

I was traveling for work. It was in a Good location and in a quiet neighborhood. I had a full kitchen which was nice so I could get home, cook, and relax. Had everything else I needed.

Comfortable and Convenient

My husband and I needed a place while our house was being remodeled and painted. We stayed a month. It worked well for us. Jason, our host, accommodated all our needs. He was very attentive. We loved the off street parking and privacy. It was small, but very comfortable and quaint. We loved the bed and slept well. We would stay there again.

Loud

I had problems every other night with noise. loud barking dogs, trucks, and its right near a storage unit, which was LOUD, banging noises from doors slamming shut, and trees banging on the roof when it was windy. Jason was helpful, but could not control the noise, and it was also dirty. He was nice enough to take the mattress off, and put my mattress pad on, since his was so dirty.

Very good price.

This place was perfect for me. I was there for a month on a course and although I needed a car to get to the training the outdoor patio was nice and relaxing, parking was excellent, great for one person.

I enjoyed it.

The space worked great for me. Really enjoyed the private parking spot and the fenced entry. Thats a nice place to have coffee in the morning. Owner responds quickly and checked with me once after checking in to make sure I was happy. I’ll rent it again on my next trip to Santa Fe.
