Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this vacation condo offers views of the ocean. Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and optional activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample the many restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills in a grassy area outside of the building. This oceanfront condo offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, and kitchen areas, and a balcony with an ocean view.

Great getaway!

We loved Sea Colony! Can’t wait to come back! This property was nicely furnished and stocked with utensils and pans which is always appreciated as we love to cook easy meals while at the beach. The place could use a good deep clean which I’m sure is true of every condo at the end of the season. Overall though, all the surfaces and floors were clean and the condo smelled clean upon entering. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot to call home for a short period!

Check in process

Given a late time check in of 4pm due to covid n cleaning concerns. Found unit not done and several surfaces not cleaned. Communication w agent even worse with failed callbacks and misinformation. 1.5 hrs later allowed in and still not cleaned well.

Great Location

This is an updated spacious unit with more square footage than most others at Sea Colony. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen seemed a little cramped but was well equipped. For 6 people it was perfect. The location was great as it was near the stairs and only one floor above the promenade and entrance to the pool and beach.

Great vacation!

We loved this place! It had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We loved the close proximity to the beach and pools, especially having a toddler and all the things that you drag to the beach! Very clean and comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Exceptional

We originally booked another unit but when we got there it was filthy and had several other issues. We contacted Vacasa who sent someone to look at it. They offered to move us and we wound up in this unit. It is beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are well laid out, the bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful and the appliances are clean and work. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
