This condo was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It has a walkout balcony that overlooked the ocean. As stated, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Large cooking area and formal dining room. There were 6 adults in my party. We were very comfortable in this condo. I would highly recommend this condo for Ocean City rental. Also, for dining and shopping there are plenty places to visit in this area.

The trip itself was not 5-stars because a Nor’easter rolled in and shut down the Oceans Calling festival. Nevertheless, the condo is adorable and our host, Dorthy, is an absolute SWEETHEART!! She stayed on the phone with me prior to our trip and gave great recommendations for a family from the Rocky Mountains who have never been to the Maryland coast. We ended up spending a lot of time in the condo due to the wind and rain. It was perfect for puzzles and board games and Dorthy was attentive and helpful with whatever we needed. I doubt we will ever try Oceans Calling again, but if you do end up in the area, you’ll have a hard time finding a better host!!

Family celebration with us our daughter and their family. We had plenty of room. Great location. Kids loved the beach, pool, Arcade, and Cafe. Parking was plentiful. Check in and car tags with the Quay was easy and they were also helpful. Real oceanfront. Enjoyed the balcony too.

Everything was great except no hot water. How can you have a 28 gallon lowboy heater for 8 guests? One person can have a warm shower and the remaining guests get cool, cold showers. Just not logical.

Other than the hot water issue we are glad you enjoyed your stay. This issue has never been mentioned prior to or since your stay. We stay in the unit often during the off season and have never experienced an issue. The brand new hot water heater that is in our unit is the maximum size permitted for installation due to energy regulation requirements. However, as per the lease, if there is a problem, our personal property manager should be notified. He could have turned the temperature up on the hot water heater to offer longer duration and then turn it back to a normal range upon your exit. If a problem has a solution it is no longer a problem. It is disappointing that one was not sought. Thank you for choosing our unit for your vacation and have a safe rest of the year. The Owners

Great Location/Huge Space

This place was wonderful. It was very clean and exactly what you want on vacation with young kids(6,7). The beach not crowded. This checked all of our boxes for a great vacation!

Great summer stay

We had a wonderful time. Check in was a simple process. Noticed 1 little thing upon arrival, quick communication with owner and resolved same day. Condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. The location to beach and restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Family beach trip

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It is oceanfront with a great outdoor pool. We used the indoor pool a couple of times to get out of the sun. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. One adult slept on the pullout sofa. The kids liked the game room and we enjoyed the cafe. This condo is older but had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. We especially like the oceanfront balcony.

We had a wonderful visit and found this property to be a very good value given the size, layout and amazing views from all rooms of the house! Dorothy, the owner, was incredibly conscientious and kind, and receptive to some very minor feedback I provided. We will definitely look to return! Thank you!

Ocean City Getaway

Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed watching the moon rise and the sun rises from the comfort of the rental. All amenities on the property were great and the pool was lovely. Property was kept clean and neat by the many property maintenance men. We loved it.

Property was very nice but the cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the condo and maybe the owner could replace some of the pots. Overall we had a great stay. I would rent it again.

As soon as we entered our unit at the Quay condo, I heard my daughter in law and grandchildren ooohhing and awwwwing. I chose this unit because it had the beach which we could view from our rooms and was close enough to walk to, an indoor heated pool, and an outdoor pool. This was really important since there were rainy and cloudy days during our weeklong stay. Even after dinner, the kids were asking to go to the pool, arcade, or beach. For our family of 6, the space was perfect.

Beautiful place for a family trip

This was the perfect place for a trip with my parents, my husband, and our son. The condo was very clean and came with all the kitchen accessories we needed. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the balcony, looking out on the ocean. There were a few minor issues with the building (not the condo) over the course of the week but the owner and building maintenance worked quickly to get them taken care of. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Indoor pool closed

Unfortunately indoor pool was closed which was a huge bummer especially with weather. Specifically booked this place for the indoor pool.

In terms of the indoor pool, the repairs are being performed proactively to insure the safety and security of all owners, staff and guests. Due to the supply chain shortages that have been running rampant since early 2020, projected finish dates are constantly being delayed. Please know that the safety and security of all people at the Quay will always come first.
