Problems with the place began when we hadn’t received any check-in instructions or any information from the host. Nothing! I was awaiting till 24 hour before. wWhen it was same day as arrival had to take place - I sent several messages in VRBO chat - no reaction! I was awaiting for any reply from 7:00 till 17:00 (check in had to take place officially at 17:00). I opened a discussion in VRBO support and they gave me host’s phone number. When I called … no response! After 30 minutes he called me back and said that he would send me instructions. I was awaiting 30 minutes for information… nothing!I was keep sending SMS and VRBO messages to the host, but he couldn’t reply!When we arrived at place at 20:30 I called to the host again and asked him to send me any info to personal email…Terrible!Dirty kitchen, cracked stovetop, one of the shade rollers was broken and it was impossible to close window (that was on the 1st floor and the was no privacy!). Everything in the flat and in the house looks like “construction is in progress”!

Le logement lui-même il pourrait être très bien le souci, le mobilier est vieux et convertible, on peut pas dormir dedans, ils sont cassés les deux, je trouve ça. Dommage j’ai dû acheter casserole pour pouvoir cuire à manger la cafetière le Réservoir Léman à l’intérieur est tout rouillé, je trouve ça dommage car il y a du potentiel juste revoir le mobilier et des peintures sur les endroits il y a des mesures de tous les enfants

Super herbergement information fourni dès mon arrivé. Dommage que les voisins claque la porte de devant. Propre, bien équipé, hébergement qui manque de rien.

Für eine Nacht war es ok und ich hatte auch nicht allzuviel erwartet anhand der Bilder. Der Billiardtisch war eine schöne Abwechslung. Sauberkeit war schon ok, aber es ist insgesamt schon recht schnuddelig und alt (speziell Sofas, Fenster, klapprige Badewanne). Länger hätten wir nicht bleiben wollen. Die Lage ist perfekt, gerade für die Durchreise. Check-in lief telefonisch auf französisch, da wir vorher keinen Code bekommen haben (und uns auch nicht klar war, dass wir einen brauchen). Das allerdings hat gut funktioniert. Es ging sofort jemand ans Telefon und wir haben dann problemlos den Zugangscode bekommen.

Okay

Räumlichkeiten sind okay für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist eher etwas für junge Leute /Studenten etc. die auf gewisse Dinge nicht achten.Familienurlaub für 1 oder 2 Wochen würde ich dort nicht machen. Das Haus befindet sich noch im Umbau es ist eine Baustelle,in der Wohnung ist auch noch einiges zu tun. Der Sandwich Maker war noch vom Vorbewohner benutzt und nicht sauber gemacht.Der Billardtisch ist sehr dreckig, auch Wände und Fußbodenkanten sind schon in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Matratzen sowie auch die Schlafsofas sind durchgelegen und unbequem.Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltet sich schwierig klar auf Französisch aber es wäre hilfreich bei Telefonaten nicht aufzulegen, wenn man etwas nachschlagen muss und es ein paar Sekunden dauert.Die Gegend kenne ich seit fast 50 Jahren und ist immer wieder sehenswert Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Apotheken usw. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind genug vorhanden Minigolf, Museen, Freizeitpark und natürlich das Meer.Auch wenn uns einiges in der Wohnung nicht gefallen hat, war der Aufenthalt trotzdem schön da ich Zeit mit meiner Familie hatte.Abschließend gesagt für ein Wochenende okay für Familien noch nicht geeignet aber vielleicht ändern sich ja die Gegebenheiten noch.
