Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Great property.

Location was perfect. Unit was very clean and we are a particular family when it comes to cleanliness. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked. Would definitely rent here and with Vacasa again.

Beds and furniture is very my nice and comfortable. Kitchen everything you need. Restaurants, Food Lion, across street from Quiet Storm shopping, Starbucks, McDs and Dumsters ice cream. Two blocks from Northside Park with 1/2 mile paved walk/jogging path.

Not worth the money!

We had issues even before we got there. Never received a call back or email response. The tv in the master bedroom never worked, the bathroom had a foul smell and the door had to be slammed to close it. Left something behind still haven’t heard if it was retrieved. Terrible service. Could not find a local number to call OC office directly.

We loved the linens package that included putting the sheets on the beds for us. Also we loved the starter package in the kitchen with soap, detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and toilet paper.
