Of all the rentals we have had, this home was by far the best we have stayed at. It was very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The location was very different for us than in the past. We generally like the West Sedona area and stay on the north side of 89A. This time we elected to try the south side and was very pleased. Located close to different trails than in the past but still very nice to explore new areas and scenery. The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood and still very close to dining and shopping areas. I would highly recommend this unit and location. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Very clean property. Close to town with restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. Amenities for everything we needed. Appeared to be new washer/dryer and appliances. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Property was clean and plenty of towels to use the hot tub as well. Laundry detergent provided was nice so we could quickly wash bathing suits before we continued our trip. Neighborhood was nice and close to shopping and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our time in Sedona. The parking pass was great, because we did a lot of hiking and the books about the local trails were very helpful. Also loved soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. Will definitely stay here our next time in Sedona
