This is a three bed-room luxury condo with a sleeper sofa.It is on located on the 2nd floor with no condo above it. It has 16 stairs to reach the front door. Brand new 5 large UHD Samsung smart TVs in the Condo. 4K UHD Blu-Ray player. Cable TV & high speed internet. Washer & Dryer in condo. Full access to 24/7 fitness center, outdoor & indoor pool, grille & bar, tennis courts & reduced price for 18-hole golf course. Location close to Welk, Table Rock Lake & Branson 76-strip. Address licensed w/ City of Branson & has passed full Fire Safety and Building Code inspection for your safety! You can expect an "at-home" experience with brand new stainless steel dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer. We provide complimentary Branson Bean coffee (Knights Blend Original and Decaf) for the coffee pot provided. This is a coffee that has been created by Branson Knights specifically for their guests. You can't buy this blend! It's a delicious local coffee roasted by a local family. Leave your troubles behind and stretch out in this relaxing premium condo! The entire condo is open to guests.



My wife, kids and I all live in Branson and we are here to make sure your stay lives up to the same reason we moved here... please do not hesitate to call us if there's anything we can do to make your stay the best stay you've ever had in Branson! We do no use 3rd party property managers. Everything is directly with us!



This particular Pointe Royale Luxury Condominium is within a few miles of the Branson 76-strip including The Ferris Wheel, Titanic, Clay Cooper Theatre, National Enquirer, Americana Theatre, the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Marina, The Track, Mountain Coaster and Big Foot among others. You are also only a 3-5 minute walk to the indoor and outdoor pools (with Tiki Bar), hot tub, basketball/pickleball/tennis courts, fitness center, Pro Shop and Grille/Bar. At the end of the road you can find lake access to Lake Taneycomo, a playground and BBQ grills for your use. Everything within the Pointe Royale is within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are available to assist in transportation needs as well as local taxi companies. Everyone is very friendly!



We provide all the laundry detergent and dryer sheets so you don't have too. We also provide all the pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, crock pot, blender, etc... if there's something that we haven't provided that you need, just let us know and we'll do our darndest to get it for you!



The loft also has a custom built Ozark cedar queen over queen bunk bed hand crafted from a local pastor/carpenter who used the cedar trees from his own yard to build a very unique bed for his condo!

We made a last minute decision to go to Branson with friends and family. The location was perfect, sleep 10 comfortably, had everything we needed and owners communicated very well. Trip was perfect, made Silver Dollar City, Dolly’s Parton Dixie Stampede and talking Caverns tour. Hit Lamberts on way home!

Don was over the top amazing on communication and customer service. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The location of the unit was great, our family of 8 walked to the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts and my dad and I played the golf course in the neighborhood as well.
