Owls Nest Lake Cottage has small covered dock with bench and sits along Spring Creek on Lake Seminole, GA. Cottage is updated & comfortable inside for max 4 guests. Arrive to a quiet, comfortable & clean Cottage. WIFI, basic ROKU & free Youtub. OR guests may stream from your home apps from cell onto smart TV.
The covered dock has (No electricity or running water). Great place you can arrive to sit & enjoy wildlife along Serene & Peaceful Spring Creek Channel or watch jumping fish at Sunrise with your first cup of coffee or watch full moons rise.
Details on Three Bedrooms:
1 King bdrm, 1 double & Twin bdrm, another 1 Twin bdrm & LR with double fouton and large sofa. No unauthorized guests. Surveillance Video on property outside & dock area. Very close to Boat Ramps with large parking lot @ Big Jims' Oyster Bar & R Cafe. Only approx 1 & half mile down stream.
*Water level @ dock approx 12' makes for good dock fishing. Gorgeous sunrises & full moons make your stay even more enjoyable.
*Large Front & side yard to park multiple rigs.
*Outside outlet for charging 12/24 volt, with your cords.
The Outside fenced yard area has basic Weber charcoal grill, table & umbrella. Fenced area is perfect space to set up your Fish Fryers & clean your catch of the day. We also have large round table, umbrella & 4 chairs for outside dining. Sit back & enjoy views & peaceful relaxing sounds in this private setting.

GA River front

Just now We loved our stay in the Owls Nest. It was quiet and decorated like I would think a river house would look like. Very comfortable. And we loved the dock with the bench where we spent a lot of time, sitting watching the scattered fisherman and listening to the birds while sipping coffee. Julie was amazing answering all of our questions and providing referrals of local areas of interest. We hope to be repeat visitors. It was a nice quiet getaway from our hustle bustle lifestyle. Thank you Julie!

On side yard, fenced area with Weber Grill & fire pit for evening camp fire outside. Very quiet & private side & back yards. Fish off the dock or watch the spectacular sunrises & boats rolling by practicing for tournaments. Elec outlets for charging boat batteries.
