The new modern holiday home (FH1) stands on a 650 m² plot, is rented all year round and is ideal for several families or groups who want to spend their holidays together. It impresses with its luxurious features and generosity (> 80 m²). The view of the lake is given over the entire front of the very large, open living area.
About a lawn leads directly to the water (own exclusive stretch of beach!). From there, invites rowing boat (can be hired exclusively and cheap when you arrive on site) to linger or even fishing at the lake a. The inviting private sandy beach of the house, which still enters several meters into the lake, enjoys especially among families with children very popular.

Shortly to the holiday house FH1 in detail:
It can accommodate 8-10, maximum up to 12 people, depending on the person constellation and individual space requirements (count age independent!).
Therefore, please have a look at the floor plan, the photos and the following description:
In addition to the very large open plan living area with living area, fireplace, a 2.50 m long dining table and a full kitchen, this luxury holiday home has 4 bedrooms.
3 bedrooms are each equipped with a 2x 80 cm x 200 cm double bed and in the 4th. Bedroom is a loft bed. The loft bed has 3 different sizes swimming areas, the average mattress 140 cm 200 cm and the upper 90 cm x x 200 cm. In addition, under the bed, there is a roll-out bed drawer with a 90 cm x 190 cm lounger, which can be used as a fourth sleeping accommodation, which could sleep 3 to 4 adults in this room.
In addition, through the large stool, the living area in a jiffy and comfortable sleeping quarters for 2-3 other people.

In all rooms there is an adjustable floor heating (economical air heat pump, also for WW). An air conditioning system in the open living area ensures pleasant temperatures even in midsummer (but in the short term, especially in the transitional period or when the access door is opened frequently, it can quickly heat up the air!).
The bedrooms have ceiling fans (with remote control) on hot summer days for better air circulation.
Compared to the comfortable living area with a large stool, which offers plenty of seating, there is the fireplace, which provides especially in the cool season for romantic moods (the underfloor heating creates of course alone warmth), and a 46 "LCD TV with satellite for common gatherings.
Further 32 '' televisions are in 3 bedrooms (s. Image).
Additional furnishings such as washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. are for us a matter of course.

At the location there is a good to very good connection to all common mobile networks with LTE, HSPA / UMTS and GSM.
The house also has an internet connection (WLAN, FAIR-Flat with up to 2Mbps and maximum of about 3GB transfer per day !!! - i. D.R. automatic night shutdown).

For our youngest guests are available on pre-order for free: 2 baby travel beds, 1 high chair, 1 high chair attachment to a normal chair, 1 life jacket 15-30kg, 2 life jackets 10-20kg.
