Nice cozy apartment in a quiet, central location with mountain views

Beautiful, cozy house in Milders, quiet yet centrally located only 50 meters from the Sparmarkt and the bus stop. Restaurants, sports shops and ski rentals are located in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment (TOP 2) is 90 m² in size and very suitable for 2 to 6 people. This apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a separate second toilet. In the kitchen you will find all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator and a separate freezer. There are also plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. The large bathroom has a barrier-free shower, a double sink and a toilet.
It also includes a furnished south balcony and a large furnished west balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains.

The guest parking is located directly at the house, Ski cellar is possible with boot drying system, Wi-Fi (free of charge). Prices include bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Final cleaning € 120,-.
You are also welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room (basement) for a fee of € 2 per wash load.

In summer, the prices include the STUBAI SUPER CARD.
Our guests receive the STUBAI SUPER CARD when booking between May and October.

Great Pace Stay!

Two senior women traveling together, stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. The 2 outdoor decks are a great addition. Claudia is a great host, helpful and responsive. We would recommend to all.

Ein gelungener Winterurlaub!!!

Das Stubaital und der Gletscher wurde von uns nicht das erste Mal als Urlaubsziel genutzt. Man kann hier im Winter und auch im Sommer herrlich entspannen. Im Haus Stern waren wir bisher noch nicht untergebracht. Nach einem freundlichen Empfang und einem Rundgang, konnten wir den vollen Umfang der Wohnung genießen. Tolle Ausstattung, sauber und super gelegen...so haben wir die Unterbringung empfunden. Zum Einkauf, zum Skibus und zum (Mega-) Verleih (Sportfarm) sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Rundum wurde es so ein gelungener Urlaub. Die Lokation Haus Stern wird sicher bei einem späteren Urlaub von uns erneut angefragt. Danke sagt Familie Meyer.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Die Küchengeräte in gutem Zustand und guter Qualität. Lage der Wohnung sehr gut, aufgrund Supermarkt und Pizzeria und die Ecke. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, der Ort war leider zu klein, zu wenig Wege im Ort. Sonst aber alles sehr gut!

Entspannte Tage

Wir waren zu viert ( Kinder 12 und 14 J ) in den Herbstferien hier. Die Ferienwohnung ist supergeräumig mit 90qm- wir konnten uns auch mal separieren vom Familienalltag. Alles war sehr ordentlich; die Küche komplett ausgestattet mit einer urgemütlichen Sitzecke. Herrlich war auch der riesige Balkon vor der grünen Wiese. Zentral gelegen ohne Verkehrslärm! Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles ist nur zu empfehlen!
