Cosy 1-bedroom flat in the heart of the city centre

Welcome to our cosy accommodation, an ideal living space for a break in the capital of the French Riviera. It has been arranged to provide you with the necessary and optimal comfort for a successful stay in Nice.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a lift in a Niçois building, just a stone's throw from the commercial avenue Jean Médecin, public transport stations or the Nice-Ville train station, the starting point for sunny day trips!



It is laid out as follows:

- you enter the living room with an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster.

- you will also have a dining area with table and chairs, and a living area with a sofa, Smart TV, Wifi connection in this same room.



- access to the bedroom is easy, the two rooms being simply separated by a glass partition to let in the light, with no door separating the two spaces. It is equipped with a standard double bed 140x190 and a wardrobe.

- finally, the shower room is adjacent, with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel rail and vanity unit.



The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of all shops, supermarkets and shopping centres.



It is also 8 minutes' walk from the Nice-Ville train station, from which you can easily go on day trips to discover the pretty towns and villages of the French Riviera: Menton, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Eze, Monaco...



You will also be just a stone's throw from public transport: 4 minutes' walk from the Jean Médecin station on line 1, 7 minutes from the line 2 station connecting the airport and the port of Nice.



The products that are made available to you during your stay are welcome products to facilitate your arrival, we do not guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay.
