No exhaust fan in the little bathroom. After a normal shower felt like it was about 150 degrees in the bathroom. Felt like the host rationed the body wash and shampoo. Shower unit needs replaced, very hard to get shampoo rinsed out of hair. No soap at kitchen sink. Very uncomfortable couch. Air conditioner was good. Beds were fine. Could have used more bath towels and washcloths.

Hi Cindy, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry our property wasn't the right fit for your stay. We take guest comments seriously and will be checking the shower and water pressure right away, as we have not received similar complaints previously. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures are relatively new, but we always appreciate being alerted to anything that may need attention. We provide complimentary starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, and other essentials, dish soap, cleaning suppies, along with bed and bath linens. Additional supplies are kept on-site and are always available upon request. We encourage guests to reach out if anything is missing or if they need extra towels, washcloths, or other items during their stay. When we ask guest to reach out, and then follow-up to to see if guests need anything, we really mean it! While I recall you having some issues with your phone and/or the app, we're also available by text or phone and are happy to help whenever needed. Regarding the bathroom, there is currently no exhaust fan. We understand that steam can build up after a shower, and we will add a note for guests that opening the bathroom window can help improve ventilation. Installing exhaust part of future improvement plans. Thank you again for your comments. We're glad to hear the air conditioning worked well and that you found the beds comfortable. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the guest experience.

If you love historical buildings this is the place for you. Very responsive host. Simplistic place for a place to rest your head for a weekend. If you can't do stairs this isn't the place for you. Could use a good dusting Check in and out super simple!
