To start the host was very nice. Host responded very quickly with our questions and also let us check in two hours early. Home is in a very nice location and within walking distance of amenities. The home was mostly clean and ready for guests but had some opportunities to be cleaner. The master shower still had hair in it and the master bedroom has no toilet so you must use the one in the hallway. The ad for the home never stated all bedroom are downstairs. My mother-in-law has mobility issues and was hard for her to go up and down. Also the stairs have no railing. The beds are very short so if you have trouble getting up and down you’ll have difficulties. The ad also states washer and dryer on site but only washer is present. Wet sheets and pillow cases were left in the washer. The towels stunk of mildew and were not pleasant to dry off with. Location is not a dump by any means but a more descriptive description would be nice. Cleanliness could improve also!
