The property is located in the district West of the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn and only three minutes walk from the fine sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity are dining and shopping facilities. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area. The apartment has a parking space and a terrace. Washer and dryer are available for a fee. You live in a 48 m² 2-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor.
