Heated Pool & Hot Tub --> Perfect for Year Round Vacation!

We spent the Thanksgiving Holiday here with friends and family and even though the ocean was a little cold, the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Very clean and spacious house, and the single story is perfect for families with small children.

House was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware, there was clear signage posted to help us with getting the hot tub ready for use, and the golf cart made traveling to the beach a breeze.

Amazing beach property!

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 3 adults, and 9, 6 and 2 year olds. It was a fantastic location. The pool and hot tub were perfect and an added bonus!! The kids want to move there to they can live in a town where you get everywhere on a golf cart! The house of clean, perfect layout, had plenty of supplies. Would highly recommend. We loved our stay there!

Great First Time in Port A for Spring Break

We had a great time at GW649. The property provided everything we needed in more. Large kitchen, comfortable beds and an AMAZING backyard oasis. We loved having the hot tub and pool - paid extra to heat the pool - as the weather just wasn't hot enough. My son played for hours on the pool basketball goal doing trick shots. We also appreciated that this property included a golf cart rental and 250.00 in credit to rent beach items. There were a few lights out in the kitchen and bathroom but that is an easy fix. I was also a little surprised by the adjoining apartment (with separate outside entrance) - but I contacted VRBO and confirmed that is where the owner stays when visiting and there is never anyone there when guests are renting the house. So just be aware so you aren't caught off guard with the locked door off the front guest room. The house is in a little three street neighborhood and it takes about 3 minutes to get to the beach on the golf cart (right around the corner). Port A is a great town and we had a blast and we would definitely rent this property again - actually, we are already looking at renting it this summer.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your first time in Port A and your stay at GW649 was such a great experience. 😊 It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable beds, and, of course, the backyard oasis! The heated pool and hot tub really are game-changers, especially when the weather calls for a little extra warmth. The basketball hoop sounds like it brought so much fun for your son—we love hearing about moments like these! We appreciate your note about the light bulbs and want to assure you that we’ll get that addressed right away. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Regarding the adjoining apartment, your feedback is valuable as we continuously strive to provide clear communication so there are no surprises for our future guests. It’s great that you made good use of the golf cart and the beach credit—we always aim to add those little extras to make your trip even more enjoyable. Port A really is a fantastic destination, and we can’t wait to welcome you back this summer for more unforgettable memories. Thank you again for choosing GW649. We’re so grateful for guests like you who share their experiences. Safe travels until we see you next time! 🌴✨ -Life in Paradise Team

House in Port A

The house was nice, clean and comfortable in good location. The picture on the site makes the pool look twice the size it is actually. The hot tub heat and pump timers did not work, would not turn off. The washer did not work and sent notice to property manager but no response.
