Exactly as advertised but so much more. All the beds and clean linens/pillows. Extra accommodations in the kitchen. Plenty of water play equipment and nice neighbors. Christy was an amazing host! The space is so amazing we will definitely be back.

We had a great family vacation. The inside of the house is modern, clean and cute. The house has everything you need. Our teenagers loved fishing off the dock and kayaking for the first time. The boat ramp isn’t very far from the house. We brought the boat and docked it there at the house. Our host was very responsive. We really had no issues and highly recommend the property.

Property is fantastic! Perfect space for what we needed and lots of great views. Everyone had a place to sleep and there was plenty of stuff provided in the house to do since it was raining. Host is great and very understanding.

Beautiful scenery, very kind helpful hostess!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The mattresses were so comfy and the couch was super soft and allowed room for us to gather together to watch the game. The hostess was very accommodating and check in/out was super easy.

Beautiful Lake, fun for family get togethers!

Lake Eufala is gorgeous, a marina not far away was fabulous as well! The house was well maintained and sparkling clean!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had a lot of rooms to house our large family vacation, which is hard to find for this price. The upstairs has a number of very creaky spots so light sleepers should keep that in mind if you've got a group that isn't all on the same schedule. There are some small details in need of repair/attention (have to work to close front door, paint coming off of handrail), but the host is so accommodating and communicative (without fail answered within 10 minutes, handled any problems we decided to bring up to her) that the experience was very nice.
