We had a great time staying here. The house is overloaded with amenities. It's on a beautiful spot right on the water. We had an AC issue but the owner was so quick to respond and got it taken care of immediately.

House was very clean and well organized, possibly th best of all of the VRBO houses we have stayed in. The views were spectacular. We loved the fire pit and the porch. We were there in the winter, so we did not swim, but had fun walking along the beach looking for rocks and shells. The kayaks are a nice added bonus to have and we had fun with those. The host, Laura, was very nice and informative and quick to respond to questions. Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the lake!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The view of the lake was absolutely dreamy, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, and all the appliances and amenities worked perfectly. We also loved the outdoor BBQ setup and the variety of board and card games available — it made our evenings super fun. Most importantly, Laura was an outstanding host. She was kind, responsive, and always quick to follow up on anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication with the host. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. For our party of 9, the house had more than enough room inside and out. Lots of extras! We will be back!

Amazing lake house

House was in a great spot close to the water. The outdoor patio area was amazing! We spent most of our time there. The inside was open and roomy. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for the whole family and friends. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. You could tell they put a lot of effort into this experience for their guests. 10/10

Loved it!

We had a group of 14 staying at the house and we had an amazing time! Laura was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. We took our pontoon out and enjoyed playing with the provided rafts/lake toys. House was nice and spacious and had everything you could need. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Great property with a view.

We celebrated my brothers 50th bday here and it was such a fun place! Laura was very quick to respond to messages and gave a very thorough rundown of the property prior to check in. The lake is very close and beautiful ! The sunsets were unforgettable! The back patio is beautiful with everything you need for the fire pit and grill. Laura set us up with everything we needed for s’mores and that was a big hit with the kids (and adults) in our group. Perfect for the fire pit. We had 20 people and while that meant not all the couples got a private room, we had plenty of space for sleeping and dining.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

The home was very clean, and more than enough room. They had everything and then some that you could need! There was more than enough towels! Plenty of rooms, and even had air mattresses incase there isn’t enough beds. The yard was very clean, and close to the water. Laura was great to communicate with, and so very nice. We didn’t have any problems with the home, but I am 💯 sure if we did she would have gotten right back to us. Very good neighborhood. We had a large group, but never had any trouble! Made for one amazing weekend. We will definitely use Laura again for our stay!

Family Summer Vacation 7/2024

My family of 10 adults & 3 children loved our stay at Sunset Shores. Laura was quick to answer all my questions & provide all necessary details for our stay. We had plenty of room to gather for games inside & out or separate. Coffee in the morning on the patio & games in the evening with beautiful sunsets. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking. Plenty of beds. Fun on the lake with the kayaks & water float. Also held our 1st annual fishing tournament for age 30 & under. My granddaughter13) won 1st place, 2 grandsons (9 & 23) winning 2nd & 3rd & granddaughter/grandson (11 &19) received honorable mention. I gave 1 4 star only because the incline down to the lake is real but you can't really tell from the pictures. I would not call it steep, but it will raise your heart rate coming up. I would definitely come again. It was a great time for all and Sunset Shores was perfect for us.

The host was more extremely helpful!!! She made sure we had everything we needed and answered every question! She even left a welcome gift! The house was absolutely perfect for my family! There was so much room, plenty of beds, lots of tables and chairs both inside and outside, and stocked better than any rental I’ve stayed in! It was extremely clean and everything was working perfectly! Access to the lake was incredible and my grandkids and I loved the water! All of the water floats were certainly a bonus and just wonderful! Having coffee on the back porch looking over the lake made the mornings so relaxing! We will certainly stay here again!
