Stunning South Palm Desert Home with Private Pool and Spa

Fabulous location just a 10-15 minute walk to El Paseo for fine dining, shopping and wonderful exploring. 1.5 miles to the incredible Living Desert and to many great hiking areas for the outdoor enthusiasts. This location is close to everything-golf, tennis, shopping, eating, hiking, running, concerts.......


My home is newly furnished with a mid-century flair and has everything you will need for your stay here in the desert. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen) and 2 bathrooms. (master bath has a steam shower!) The kitchen is high-end and stocked with most everything you will need.
The living room as a 70" TV with YouTube TV, Apple TV, Netflix and Hulu. There are also TV's in 2 of the bedrooms.
Step out to the very private, serene backyard and enjoy the gorgeous pool, spa, fire pit, barbeque, shaded seating area, misters, and plenty of loungers and umbrellas in and out of the pool. There is also a lounging shelf in the pool-great for staying cool while you read! And a TV for those of you who like to watch TV outside with your morning coffee.

28 day minimum rental; I will send a rental agreement upon booking.
Maximum of 6 guests
Noise ordinances so no loud parties after 10pm - this a wonderful neighborhood where we respect our neighbors
Minimum age of primary renter-30 years old
Check in 5:00 pm, Check out 11:00 am. ( I will be flexible whenever I can)

The pool fee (shows up as host fee) is the daily fee for the colder months. Depending on what month you come, it may be lower and if you do not want the pool heated I can reduce the daily pool fee. You will not need the pool heated in the hotter months.

This jewel of a 3BR/2BA ranch tucked in on one of the best streets in a coveted neighborhood met our every need. Recently renovated, great flow to the house, with comfortable living and sleeping spaces, and fantastic outdoor space, with spa, pool, spaces for sun and shade, and even a slip of grass to the side of the fenced yard to play corn hole (Baggo) 10 min walk to El Paseo and all the retail and dining options there. Quiet residential neighborhood, very private. Wonderful host was very responsive.

Fabulous

We stayed for a month at Kitty's fabulous home. It's updated, modern, and very clean. All the amenities you could want. Spa, Pool, BBQ, large screen TVs inside and on the patio. The home is in a tranquil neighborhood—just a short walk to the El Paseo shopping district. Kitty was very responsive and was a fabulous host.

Palm Desert Home Away From Home

We were seeking a property that was similar to our own home. That meant an updated, very clean, and bright house in a nice neighborhood with a high walkability factor. It was also important to be central to all the golf courses in the area. We were lucky enough to have found such a property. Our property manager was extremely responsive and helpful too.
