The home is beautifully maintained inside and out. All spaces are well designed and comfortably furnished. Each bedroom has its own bath. The pool and hot tub are exceptionally nice. The house is located a half block from the town center and an easy walk to the water. It is the perfect gathering place for family and friends.

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Amazing location and very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, parks, etc. The house was perfect for our family of 12 vacation. Plenty of space and something for everyone!

The kitchen here is phenomenal and the location is unbeatable. We enjoyed popping in and out of the house easily while going to the squire, shops in downtown and the beach. A 4 minute walk at most. Hope to come back soon!

We’ve stayed here 3 times and always love it. Kitchen is very well-stocked, beds are comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Owner is very responsive if there are issues.

If this magnificent home could talk, it would say "Welcome". Our family of 14 (7 couples) had an unforgettable reunion. As soon as we arrived, it was evident how much care and thoughtful attention was considered to ensure your guests are comfortable and well cared for. The home was immaculate, exceptionally spacious, well-designed, amenity-rich down to the smallest details, and tastefully furnished. In the 30 years of family reunions at many properties along the East Coast, we all agreed that your home was head and shoulders above all the others! The kitchen was remarkably well-equipped, with virtually anything that one might need for entertaining large groups, and all in excellent condition. The kitchen island is much larger and wider than they appear in the photos - much to our delight! The bedrooms were very comfortable and the number of en suite bathrooms was a major plus! The patio is spacious, the heated pool and hot tub are well-maintained and relaxing, and we loved sitting outside in the evening around the fire pit. Our host was very responsive and professional. The location was perfect...just a short walk down the block to the heart of Chatham's charming shopping district, and centrally located on the Cape for easy access to other Cape Cod towns and beaches. Our family is in unanimous agreement that we would love to come back! Thank you so much!!

This property was even better than the description and pictures. The kitchen/dining/sitting area is open and bright, So much space and so many places to gather together as a group OR find a quiet spot to nap or read a book (I MAY have done both!). The hot tub was perfect on a chilly evening! Sean was very responsive to any question we had. I will DEFINITELY be booking this place again!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach and pool towels, excellent location, tons of space for everyone to spread out, activities for kids, everyone had their own bathroom, helpful host - you can’t ask for anything more! Amazing girls' weekend

A perfect spot for a long-awaited girls' trip. The house is even more amazing in person, plenty of room for 10 of us. Host was helpful and responsive, and the location was great for exploring main street and the lighthouse. Hope to return soon.
