Walk to everything! Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac halfway between the shops and restaurants on Main Street and beautiful Surf Drive Beach. This property is on a quiet street with only neighborhood traffic. Cut through the end of the street and be at Ben and Bill’s on Main Street in less than 3/10 of a mile. Head south on Shore Street and be at the beach in ½ a mile. Jump on the bikes and the Shining Sea Bikeway is only a mile farther along beautiful Surf Drive.
The recently renovated home has central air conditioning, a large open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of room for relaxing or watching TV in the living room. The primary bedroom includes a full bathroom and sitting area with TV, providing a private escape. Two other bedrooms share the connected bathroom with full shower and a washer dryer. There are two work spaces if you need to check email or stay connected back home. The large yard offers plenty of room to eat, BBQ, and play yard games. Enjoy a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower after the beach.
Don’t worry about a thing – the fully equipped kitchen has what you need for a lobster broil, breakfast on the patio or enjoying happy hour after the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart for the short walk down to Surf Drive Beach.
No pets. No smoking. Linens not provided.

Our family has been renting on the Cape and Islands for over 40 years. We recently purchased this place for our use in the off season and look forward to sharing our Cape house with you and your family during the summer.
Why they chose this property
We instantly fell in love with the open floor plan, big backyard and location! We added a huge outdoor stone patio and outdoor shower to capture more of the beautiful weather.
What makes this property unique
Walking Main Street is a nightly activity for our family. Having the beach so close is great for evening walks and long beach days!
