The resort architecture and the excellent facilities allow you vacation here at a high level. The apartment 10 is with its size of about 93 square meters and the 3 bedrooms a real highlight in the apartment area. The apartment is located in the first Floor and has a balcony with orientation West. Just a few minutes walk from it is the Wilhelmstraße (about 150 m) with shops and the Sellin pier (about 900 m). The swimming pool Inselparadies (about 500 m) invites you to linger with its swimming pool in bad weather.

The cozy and very generously furnished Non smoking apartment No. 10 is located in 1. Upstairs and covers a size of approximately 93 sqm. The 4-room apartment with its 3 bedrooms offers enough space for 4 adults and 2 children up to 17 years and 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. The living / dining area is lovingly and tastefully decorated and is the linchpin of the apartment. The living area has a cozy corner couch and a coffee table. A small dresser with flat-screen TV, DVD player and CD player complete the living area. The adjoining modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort. A 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and various kitchen utensils and a dining table with 6 seats provide enough space for cooking and eating. Overall, the apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. The first Bedroom consists of a double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with 2 dessert consoles and a wardrobe. The second Bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 mx 2.00 m) with 2 dessert consoles and a wardrobe. The third Bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (0.90 mx 2.00 m) for children and a highboard. All bedrooms have a blackout option. As a highlight, the condo offers two comfortable bathrooms with vanity, towel rail, toilet and shower. In all rooms underfloor heating for a pleasant warmth. A combined unit of washing machine and dryer is included in the apartment. The adjacent to the living-dining area balcony (furnished) with orientation to the west, is easily accessible for you through the large balcony doors. For our little guests are 1x travel cot (without extra mattress and Bettinletts) and 1x high chair included. A private parking space is available in the hotel's own underground car park (height 2.00 m) as well as a Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit. Even on holiday you need in the apartment not waive an internet connection (WiFi / LAN). This is included for you !!! Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartment. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
