Home Away from home cabin
Perks: The cabin was close to the ski area. The place felt like home away from home. It contained all necessary amenities and most importantly was clean! We plan to return. The only negative was the restriction of not using the dishwasher. Because this meant I needed to wash by hand every item before use to ensure it was sanitary. This was a health concern for me. Use of a dishwasher to know items have been properly cleaned is a priority so it was an inconvenience.

Not as Represented !!!
I have never rated a place negatively in the past, but could not let this go. To start the property management company Vacasa is not helpful at all and were in fact rude when I contacted them concerning the broken dishwasher. No local support, only corporate assistance. This property is listed with a dishwasher, it did not have a working DW. When I called to report this issue, the customer service person, said it was only an amenitie, but not required. We had to wash all dishes by hand.k It listed a complete kitchen for cooking in; the pots/pans/utinsels were extremely old. It listed 3 queens, it only had 2 and 1 full. Too small for two adults to share, do my husband had to sleep on the coach. It listed a 3 minute walk to the lifts. Not even close! It listed the abiliy to park two cars in the driveway, only one area was cleared of 5' of snow. The entrance to the house had not been cleared in at least months, so no entrance to the front of the house. I would stay away as the property is not as advertised, especially with all of the "owner" fees. I should have looked at the previous reviews.

House needs some TLC
Broken chairs and wet bathroom floors from leaking roof. Some TLC is highly recommended.

Stay Clear of this Property
Communication with the owner/property manager Vacasa was nonexistent. The driveway and entry had not been plowed in weeks and there were ZERO instructions on how to maintain the driveway. Several of the 6 kitchen chairs were broken. There was standing water in the dishwasher, mouse droppings all over the bedrooms, probably from the piles of trash in the garage. The icing on the cake was the smell in the master bathroom upstairs. Could not find the stench until we found the dirty toilet brush. That was in about 3 inches of dirty water covered in human feces. I wish I were joking, but have pics to prove it. Worst short term rental experience in the 10 years I’ve stayed at properties. Stay clear and go with places with multiple good reviews.
