First floor of a villa with a 400 m² private garden, air-conditioned, in a quiet location, with private parking

Enjoy a quiet stay in a spacious air-conditioned T2 of 70 m², opening onto a magnificent private garden of 400 m², a real haven of peace, ideally located between Cassis, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. Free private parking is available within the property.
Unfortunately, due to the presence of an unsecured lake nearby, we can only accommodate children over 11 years old and who know how to swim.

On the ground floor of our house, this independent and single-storey apartment opens the doors to an authentic Provence: nature, cicadas, villages of character. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with shutters, and you benefit from a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
It consists of:
• a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, very comfortable, with a 22 cm thick memory foam mattress
• a dining room adjoining the living room
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a bedroom with a 140 bed
• a bathroom with shower, and separate toilet
To facilitate your installation, sheets, towels (2 per person), shower gel, shampoo, as well as kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil) are provided. You will also have a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
On sunny days, sit on the terrace near the plancha, or enjoy the garden in the shade of the pine trees. The deckchairs invite you to relax under the lime tree, fig tree or hackberry, lulled by the song of the cicadas.
Only 1.5 km away, the village offers all the local shops; a large shopping centre is less than 4 km away.
An ideal starting point to discover Provence:
• 5 minutes from the Saint-Pons park
• 10 minutes from the motorways
• 15 minutes from the beaches of Cassis, La Ciotat and the Calanques
• 25 minutes from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence
Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the trails of the Calanques National Park, Garlaban, Sainte-Baume and Sainte-Victoire.
