House is basic but clean. Provided a good base for our stay. Parking can be a hassel to get a free space in town.

Solid stay in an amazing location

Steps away from the ocean, restaurants and the amazing sights if Arromanches. The house is spartan with steep stairs but it included all of the necessities and the host is very friendly and supportive. For low impact travelers, this house is ideal.

The house is small and simple but very clean and equipped with all you need. Parking is expensive but that is out of the owners control. If you're a light sleeper the streetlights are very bright and the noise from restaurants both in the evening and morning is loud.

Lovely location for exploring Normandy

Lovely spot and just right for 2 people. Was very clean but a little basic. Located right next to beach in a lovely town. Used it as a base for all the WW2 and Cherbourg visiting as just off N13.The host was very friendly but English is not very good. However we got all the info we needed and there are signs to help.Would definitely stay again. If planning on using beach you will need more towels.

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, um die Strände des D-Days zu erkunden, und zwar in beide Richtungen. Es war alles tip top sauber. Einzig die Betten sind etwas unbequem. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu monieren.

logement très bien situé au centre d'arromanche, à 30 m de la plage. Bon accueil du propriétaire.logement très propre.Quelques bémols : -le logement demanderait à être rafraichi.(les peintures cloquent...).les volets sont très dégradés.-la literie n'est pas confortable, passable pour un court séjour, c'est un clic-clac converti en lit.-le logement ne convient pas à des personnes fortes (impossibilité d'accéder aux toilettes et à la cabine de douche).Les ustensiles de cuisine sont réduits au minimum.( pas de louche, de fouet, de cocote minute..)Nous avons renoncé à utiliser la machine à café (45 mn pour faire passer un café). La machine à laver n'a pas l'air performante...en résumé : bien pour un court séjour à deux et si on va au restaurant ( en face)Attention, pas de parking avec la maison, arrivez le matin pour avoir de la place au parking gratuit sinon, ,c'est 35 euros/jour pour le parking payant!

La maison est très bien située, au bord de mer quasiment les pieds dans l'eau. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant; le logement est très propre mais vétuste. La literie est vraiment très simple ce sont des genre de lits de camp, le mobilier est très sommaire : un table 4 chaises et 1 banc dans le pièce à vivre. Le problème est la douche qui ne permet pas de se doucher correctement: très petite et le rideau de douche ne suffit pas du tout à retenir l'eau donc cela forme un piscine surtout avec des enfants... une légère rénovation des sanitaires rendrait cette maison un havre de paix!
