Condo has very beautiful views ,very clean and spacious , however there is a loud renovation going on inside and outside the buildings

Condo on the beach

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a hole in the wall where the front door knob had gone through. There were stains on the carpet in the bedroom, one small light to illuminate the second bedroom, significant peeling of the paint in the kitchen (down to the mid layer), no seating for the bar, one kitchen cabinet was melting (bottom was probably melted from a toaster), under cabinet lighting that didn’t work, a plantation shutter on the floor by the front door window and three missing knobs from closet doors . Since we were having guests, we found ourselves having to go to the hardware store for knobs and spackle ands door stop to prevent the door knob from going through the wall. I sent my comments to the manager who sent them to the owners. They said it was normal wear snd tear……really! We ended up buying a new lamp for the living room (what was there was again too small), and lamps for the guest room (which I didn’t leave), putting a rug over the stains on the carpet, and other touches in order to provide a decent environment for our guests. For what we paid, we found the unit shabby with a beautiful view.
