Beautiful countryside in Combrailles. Beautifully renovated house.
Stone house, carefully renovated. 70 m2 On a fenced plot, with south-facing terrace. Landscaped parking at the back, ideal for outdoor games. Bowling green.
A small nest for your relaxation with family or friends. Everything is provided: sheets, towels, eco-friendly cleaning and toiletries.... Basic organic grocery store.
Fitted kitchen with dining table and living room on the first floor, 2 bedrooms (140 beds and office in one) and bathroom upstairs with heated towel rail/fan heater for instant heating.
Well equipped for maximum comfort.
(pellet stove, 4-burner gas hob, mini oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, straightener, ironing board and iron...)
In summer, the small shed on the grounds, equipped with a sofa bed, can accommodate 1 or 2 children or teenagers. They will love it!
Beautiful surrounding countryside. Many sites in the area: Swimming lakes, Chaîne des Puys, Vulcania, Sancy, ski resorts, gorges de la Sioule, Gutter, the picturesque village of cats painted on the walls, magnificent Buddhist temple and its park, marked hikes, velorail...
