The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 75 m² house for rent in Royan, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden and terrace. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower

- Another room with a sofa, a desk and an umbrella bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A garden and a 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Royan, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
