Beautiful summer days await you in La Grange de la Hurtauderie, between Touraine and Anjou, two regions rich in cultural heritage, leisure activities and renowned wine regions.
The centres of interest are numerous for a successful summer holiday: royal abbey of Fontevraud, castles of Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, Saumur, Villandry and its remarkable garden, towns of characters in Chinon and Saumur, charming villages in Montsoreau and Candes-Saint-Martin and troglodytes in Turquant and Souzay-Champigny, oenotourism and discovery of vineyards (Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil, Chinon, Saumur), canoeing or traditional boat trip on the Loire at Chouzé-sur-Loire or Vienne, spectacular animal park of the Bioparc de Doué-en-Anjou, many bike rides on the roads of the Loire cycle route, lazing in the sun on the beach and swimming at the lake of Bourgueil, musical animations or picnicnocturnal and musical in the garden of the castle of Islette, adventure course and tree climbing... There is something for everyone a few blocks from the cottage.
And if a 1h/ 1h30 car does not scare you, beautiful visits are possible to the zoo of La Flèche or Beauval, the castle of Chenonceau, the Futuroscope of Poitiers and even Puy-du-Fou.
The cottage of 150 m2 will offer you comfortable accommodation, with its beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen and seating area. Billiards and table football are there to offer you beautiful moments of distraction with family or friends! No need to clutter you with baby equipment: baby chair and cot are provided.
In three spacious bedrooms, the double beds (180cm) can be converted into single beds at your convenience.
Vehicles will be parked in a closed and secure space in front of the cottage, bicycles can spend the night in a garage.
All shops 5 minutes from the cottage, including a bakery and butcher 3 minutes walk!
The final cleaning, except the kitchen at the expense of the tenant, is included in the rental, a regular maintenance of the cottage is nevertheless required. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and water charges are included.
Restriction: parties and noisy meetings outside are not allowed, we want to respect the tranquility of our neighborhood.
