Perfect location to Dreams Park to be able to pop in and out quick between games. The 3 livings rooms to spread out was an added bonus. House had everything we needed and the outdoor space was beautiful.

Old house with loud a/c but was happy to have it after watching baseball in the heat wave. House is VERY well stocked with the essentials and Rick was an amazing host. Fantastic location to Cooperstown Dreams Park; would totally recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was so convenient to dreams park and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck - the weather was beautiful while we were there. We would highly recommend to anyone considering this property.

Comfort at the Coop

This house was perfect for our family’s stay during our grandson’s tournament. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. There are three sitting rooms, two with large tv’s, and one perfect for reading. There’s a large deck with plenty of seating, a nice grill, and a large-capacity washer/dryer. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Location for Dreamspark

Rick was very easy to work with. House was perfect for our 3 families and the proximity to the park was fantastic and easy to pop back and forth between games. We loved the memorabilia on display. Highly recommend to our friends going next year.

Very close to Dreams Park and served us well. Three 3 different lounging area were great for 3 couples and the decor was very fitting for the area.

Baseball lovers dream house!

Rick was an awesome host. Super easy to communicate, including while he was busy working at Cooperstown Field of Dreams. This house is perfect for any baseball lover as the memorabilia is awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property convenient location

The owner was very nice, he walked us around at check in to make sure we knew how to work the TVs on the sitting rooms and air conditioning units in each room. Plenty of space, great patio and convenient location to the Dreams Park Ball field. A big plus and one of the reasons we picked this house is the box fans, wagon and cooler is has for the team to use in the bunk houses, this was a major perk and so very appreciative!!

Cooperstown Dreams Dream property

We had the BEST time in Cooperstown, and the accommodations could not have been better! The kids had room to run and their own bedrooms, and I was able to cook and do laundry! Rick was awesome! He met us to get the keys and he was incredibly helpful!

CDP stay

Great house! Perfect location to Dreams Park and Cooperstown. Within minutes you can be at DP, restaurants and Cooperstown. The house was clean with multiple living rooms. We had two families in the house since our boys were on the same baseball team and the house layout allowed us to hang out together but also have separate spaces. Everyone loved looking at all the baseball memorabilia throughout the house too. Thank you!!

We loved staying at triple play hideaway! It was perfect for multiple families since there are a couple different living rooms and upstairs and downstairs! It was so convenient to Cooperstown dreampark especially with all the rain delays! The porch was great for family meals! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean! Definitely will recommend!

Rick was a phenomenal host and made the process extremely simple. The location is wonderful, only a couple minutes from the fields. A large interior space with a great back deck and yard. Highly recommend to all families!

Amazing Property!

We had an amazing time in Cooperstown! The property was great and only a mile away from the fields. Extremely convenient. Rick was awesome and made sure we were taken care of and everything was going well. Highly recommend.

Cooperstown baseball

This rental made our trip! It was extremely close to dreams park and made going back and forth a breeze. Many great laughs around the table!!! Some of our team is coming back next year and will certainly be booking this house as soon as we are given our date. Thanks Rick for a fantastic week !!!!!

Awesome Location

We loved staying at Rick’s place! Of you’re going to Dreams Park, this is the perfect location. We had 8 adults stay here for most of the week and it worked great and included everything we needed. I will definitely be looking to book this when we come with our younger son in a couple of years. **One thing to note: the coffee maker is a Kuerig so buy k-cups.
