Right in the heart of Little Italy, one block from India St. and five blocks from the bay. Walking distance to multiple coffee shops and restaurants, as well as the popular Little Italy Farmer’s market. Minutes to the Gaslamp quarter, the San Diego zoo, and the airport. Smaller complex with underground parking, and a common area outdoor lounge with BBQ grills and views of the bay. There are no bay views from our unit. The unit is located in the Porta D’Italia condominium complex. 31 night minimum stay, 180 night maximum stay.

Amazing stay in the Heart of Little Italy!

This place was AMAZING! Right in the heart of Little Italy but has such a home feel to it. Close to everything, so many amazing restaurants and cute shops nearby. San Diego Bay is just a five minute walk away, and downtown is a five minute drive! Luis is an excellent host, so responsive and helpful, and you really get the feeling you are being taken care of. The home is beautiful with wonderful artwork and a cute kitchen and living room, and both bedrooms are nice and cozy with great air conditioning and lighting. The apartment building is filled with wonderful tenants, we made so many friends! It’s a great community, everyone takes care of each other. We will definitely come back to stay again!

I enjoy the walkability of the area, close to everything, San Diego Bay, Balboa Park, Petco Park, Beaches. Good restaurants and quaint cafes right outside our building.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is one block from Little Italy’s Main Street, India Street. Smaller complex with nice views of the Bay from the common area lounge. We have a well equipped kitchen and superior furnishings, including a brand new washer/dryer inside the unit.
