"Beaches & Dreams" welcomes you to a sunny and sweet vacation at Alerio in Miramar Beach on the east side of Destin.
Alerio’s amenities include:

-Less than 100 feet to the beach access
- Wonderful hot tub (my favorite!)
- Lovely (seasonally) heated and rainbow lit pool
- Convenient entrance to the beach just across the street.
- Seasonal beach service of two chairs and an umbrella (March through October)
-Gated parking with security and designated parking spot (only one parking space per unit during high season. November through February is open parking)
-Keypad entry into property from sidewalks
- Walking distance to Chick-fil-a, The Surf Hut restaurant, Silver Sands Outlet Mall,
Alvin’s Island, and several other restaurants and shops
- A short drive into Destin, Sandestin and the beaches of 30A (Seaside, Watercolor, Alys, Rosemary, Santa Rosa)

Great location. Short walk to a beautiful area of the beach that wasn't so crowded because there weren't big condos in the area. Loved having the beach chairs/umbrella set up daily. The condo was spacious and well provisioned. We made good use of the pool and hot tub also. It was an awesome stay.

All I can say is, we will be back! My family and I had such a wonderful time at David’s property that we plan to come back every year if possible. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The Condo is so pretty, very clean, and spacious for my family of 5 plus my father tagged along. All the beds were super comfy and it felt like home. It was very close to the beach and the beach chairs with umbrella was such an added bonus. We checked out early and communicated that with the property manager Shannon and she was very responsive and so kind. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thanks David and Shannon!

I didnt use the pool the beach was awsome however i had to run down early to beach to place towels on chairs because they were not automatically reserved as indicated

The condo was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the unit. We did not receive the check in info as quickly as I expected to gain entrance. however we did finally get all of the codes. The property does have assigned parking with a strict parking policy, when we arrived. another vehicle was in our designated spot, but had been tagged to move the vehicle or be towed sticker. I had to look for security to find out where to park while they were waiting on the vehicle to be moved. Which was moved late that evening by the vehicle owner. Over all it was a great location for access to the beach and some restaurants nearby.I would say it was a very successful and satisfying trip.

Hello! Our family welcomes you to "Beaches and Dreams"! We are a beach lovin' family from Tennessee. Our three kids love being on the beach, swimming in the sea, paddle boarding, skim boarding, boogie boarding, snorkeling, catching ghost crabs in the evening... there's so much to do. Enjoy it with us!

Why they chose this property

Our family loves the beach and this condo. We are excited to share it with you, praying it will be a place of fun, relaxation, and renewal. We've stayed at many places along the Emerald Coast, but Alerio and our condo are in the perfect spot to enjoy the area. So close to the beach! So close to restaurants and shops! We hope this place will be your favorite retreat on the coast like it is for us.

What makes this property unique

One great benefit is the gated entrance. This place feels secure, which is pretty high on our list of priorities. You can sit on the balcony and people watch, or go down and join the walkers/bikers/joggers going up and down the Scenic Gulf Drive. Oh, and did I say it's close to the beach? :)
