Located in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, the Maison des Ramades is a charming property that offers a unique experience for lovers of nature and tranquility. Nestled in the countryside, above Buoux, famous for its world-renowned climbing cliffs and historic fort, this stone house is surrounded by truffle trees and a private garden of 5 hectares. The setting is both wild and peaceful, ideal for a rejuvenating stay in the middle of unspoilt landscapes.

The house, spacious and warm, can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its five comfortable bedrooms.
The living rooms are designed to promote conviviality while offering spaces for calm and rest.
The main living room, with its triple exposure, is bright and warm, and its open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, invites you to prepare and share meals with family or friends.
Another part of the house, from a former sheepfold that has been tastefully renovated, includes a vaulted room that remains pleasantly cool in summer, ideal as a living room or library.PGJyPg
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, perfect for couples, while the other three are set up for families or groups of friends, with three single beds in one, two single beds in another, and a last one offering two single beds and a child's bed.PGJyPg
The house also has two bathrooms, a shower room and two separate toilets, ensuring comfort and practicality for all occupants.


Outside, the property is full of assets to fully enjoy nature and the spectacular landscapes of the Luberon.
A shaded arbour adjoining the living room allows you to enjoy your meals in the open air while admiring the panoramic view of the mountains of the Grand Luberon.
The swimming pool, a generous size of 5 by 12 metres, is secured by an approved rigid shutter and surrounded by two wooden decks.
These relaxation areas offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, making every moment a moment of absolute serenity.

The house has an exceptional location, just a 10-minute walk from the village of Buoux and in the immediate vicinity of the GR9, an ideal hiking trail to explore the grandiose landscapes of the region. Lovers of outdoor activities will be delighted by the many possibilities for hiking, cycling or horseback riding, not to mention the famous climbing cliffs of Buoux, accessible in just 20 minutes by an old Roman road.

Beyond nature activities, the region is full of treasures to discover. The iconic Provençal villages of Ménerbes, Bonnieux and Lacoste invite you to stroll through their historic streets, while the colourful markets of Apt and Lourmarin offer an immersion in the local culture. Culture lovers will not be left out, with festivals and concerts held in Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and in the picturesque churches of the surrounding villages.

* Cleaning fee of 160€ is included. Intermediate cleaning is possible and chargeable in addition, to be requested on arrival.

* Pool opening period:
- opening on 01/04 if water temperature is 20°, to be requested 15 days before arrival. From but the swimming pool is open for the season.
- Closed on 30/09

* Heating of the house from 01/11 to 15/04: an additional cost is to be expected, invoiced on the basis of electricity consumption or a flat rate to be paid on arrival.

* Pets are not allowed.
* The accommodation is non-smoking

To finalise the rental we request:
- validate a personalised rental contract with a copy of identity documents.
The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 28 years old.
- provide a certificate of insurance of the "resort" or "holiday" type in the name of the signatory.
Other remarks
The house is quiet with a nice view and conducive to rest and relaxation. We prefer to insist on the natural environment and the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties.
