Never again. Check in/out ludicrous. Key is picked up/dropped blocks away at retail business with limited hours. Severly in need of cleaning/refreshing. Not a bed - a pull out. No table/chairs for meals. Kitchen equipment:: table cutlery and few plastic items. Not even a knife to cut an apple. Door literally hanging from hinges taking maximum effort to lift into place-open or close. Concerns resulted in "we will tell our team." No warning about scalding hot hot water. All communications in the form of scolding. I had always been happy with VRBO. Back to hotels?
